this is super and the prices are…

this is super and the prices are affordable and they providing an excellent service. The buses are comfortable and super and i had great tour in the city I had my best time with topveiw sightseeing tours and i highly recommend them

Complete waste of money and time

Complete waste of money and time. We do hop on hop off buses in every city that we go to, and we travel often. Top view is easily the worst hop on Hop off we've ever experienced. They over sell so you have to wait 2-3 busses at most stops so it's a waste of a day. They only run your "24 hour" bus until 6 pm, so if you are very lucky, you might be able to view 2 to 3 stops in a day. They also make you book any of the sort of "special" tours like the night tour and then after you book it, cancel it.

They also will not give refunds, whether or not you actually get the opportunity to use the service that you paid for.

Save your money. Use a different company, cabs, Uber, or the Subway. Literally every option is cheaper, and better because you don't have to wait in line forever.

ETA the uptown bus only runs until 4, so we effectively spent $280 to go to 3 bus stops. The website has no times of operation listed, other than that tickets are for "24 hours". This means that after you cough up the money, the only way to know if you get to have even a single stop ride is to ask one of the people pushing sales. which they will do after the last bus is run.
