Rude

Rude, lying support staff. I have a screen shot clearly showing they didnt apply resposible gaming when requested, a purchase was made and a redemption was not allowed to be processed.

Terrible experience!

Retroactive Rule Changes and Unresponsive Support

I placed a redemption on ToraTora and, after waiting several days with no update, I was told my account was flagged for “abuse” and a new 2× playthrough requirement was added after I submitted my request. I denied these allegations because I’ve always played by the rules and used my own funds.

When I pointed out that this violates their own Terms of Service and may even be illegal, they escalated the requirement to 6×, making it nearly impossible to redeem my funds. Support has been unresponsive despite multiple follow-ups, and even speaking with a senior account manager led nowhere.

This appears to be a bad-faith tactic to avoid payouts and may violate consumer protection laws. I cannot recommend this platform and am actively seeking legal action.
