Went to see a car. The seller said they had it 2 to 3 months. On checking up, they had it 14 months and it’s been parked in a grass field for a long time. Water inside under carpets and bad rust underneath.

Just wanted to say thanks to the kind man who picked me up his name was mark, he helped me with my shopping and waited kindy for me, also the guys who answer the calls are always so friendly and helpful 👍😉

I bought this car from this dealer as I thought I would be able to rely on the reassurance that a dealer offered over a private sale. It cost over £2000 and has proved to be the worst car I have ever bought . Torbay Motors were not honest about the condition it was in. I have spent so much getting this car working properly since buying it and now, a year later, I have scrapped it. Mechanics told me that this car had obviously been neglected and parked unused for many years, the electrics were shot and anybody who knew about cars would plainly see that by glancing at it. This guy should not have sold this car to me at this price and that is why I am writing this review. I do not know much about cars - I trusted him . I was wrong to do so. Beware.

Terribly rude on the phone over a polite inquiry. Won’t be using over principle

I was sold a car that wasn't fit for the road, and a danger to my self and children.
Problems started a day after purchasing the vehicle, after taking the vehicle back to torbay motors, I was told there was nothing wrong, and he just turned the engine light off.
after having another garage take a look, it turns out there was very low break fluid and a cracked exhaust manifold to name but a few.. don't be fooled by the "charm" and the good mot certificates.

Purchased a car for my daughter in October with years Mot. Within 2 weeks brakes were grinding and it was metal on metal so needed new brake pads and disc. Roll on to December, 2 new tyres and tracking and new exhaust needed as had 2 holes in it, glass on both wing mirrors fell out. I have forked out best part of a grand on repairs, so daughter decided to contact seller to be told she had 1 months warranty and she could have purchased 3 months which we weren't even told or offered. AVOID AVOID AVOID
