Very poor hosting. Always laggs, I'm also unable to install some plugins. They never gave me refund after support ticket. Negative experience.

I have a massive vouch for TorchNode.
I've now been using their hosting for just over 7 months, and currently have 4 services with them. I have a pretty solid breakdown as follows:

Pricing:
Their standard prices are not the best on the market, and there are some better deals. However, it's worth the extra costs. They have grown a lot since I've bough my first service and I have no doubt that their company is going to stay. I've never had issues with support due to over-using their CPU's and, while I cannot confirm this, based on my performance I do not believe that their nodes are overloaded. Additionally, they usually have some extremely good flash-sales going on. Getting 25% off of some services makes it competitive with most budget providers, while still using much more powerful hardware.

Hardware:
This is probably going to be the shortest section of my review- you get what you pay for. My previous host did not have automated backups, and this is a very nice feature to have and improve the redundancy of my servers. My only issue with hardware is with my EU premium server; I have had a few terrible experiences with their DDoS protection, but it's resold from Hetzner, who has fairly limiting DDoS protection, so I am not dramatically surprised by that and from what I understand, most of their nodes are now running off of OVH and Ready2Frag servers, who have far better DDoS protection.

Uptime:
My server's uptime has not been 100%. To be honest, my first 2 weeks with them was when I had the most downtime issues, which is really unfortunate, but with exception to panel issues, I've had just over 99.95% uptime.

Support:
My experience with their support has been pretty good. Their support has been somewhat slow, with my slowest ticket having taken about 6 hours. However, they are usually faster than this. Other than their response times though, support has been extremely helpful and willing to help me out with my issues, even if they were not the source of these issues.

Comparison:
I'd like to use this final section to compare them with my previous hosts. One host I'd like to compare them to is SparkedHost. SparkedHost had given me much better pricing, but at many other costs. First of all, performance; their servers had ran on DDR3 memory, SATA SSD's and Xeon CPU's. When I had utilized 60% of my CPU for about 2 hours, they had threatened to shut down my server permanently, and while support was faster than TorchNode, they were perfectly fine with closing tickets without proper responses, and just moving on. The other host I'd like to compare them to is HumbleServers, which I believe is a good host to compare to. Without discounts, the two hosts are close in both price and performance. On HumbleServers, I had received cheaper prices and good performance. However, the first thing I'd like to criticize them on is network performance, I assume that their servers were overloaded, and I had received considerably less performance and higher ping times with them, as compared to TorchNode. Additionally, their support was fast, but only willing to help me with issues caused by their servers, and were much more concise and just generally less helpful.

In conclusion, I've had a very good experience with TorchNode. I'd recommend them to anyone who is either new or old to Minecraft or VPS hosting, and compared to my previous hosts I've had a great overall experience with them.

Amazing Server, Especially with support. Heavily run server and David is an amazing representative that is present and always makes me feel like a priority. I will always host from TorchNode for now on!

I have never used TorchNode until today. I was given a VPS for testing, I ran some benchmarks, the I/O speed was excellent, network was stable. CPU Benchmark was great. It is SoYouStart, and so far it's been great. The system boots very quick, the panel is excellent. I would reccomand you use this host for anything. The staff are very friendly, and they use Discord for support. :)

I start this review with 5 stars. I take away 2 because someone from the management team messed up my custom order and one more because they need their sysadmin to fix the problem. I add 1 star because of the hardware you get for the pricing and they offered to install pterodactyl for me.

Great host with great prices, support is excellent as well.

Been with them for a year now, fast support and they just helped me provide additional cpu power as well to support my heavy projects. I can't stress how good their budget servers are (if you're a cheapskate like me, it's imo a good alternative over their premium services) Truly a magnificent host!

Toby is somewhat nice to talk to. The support they offer is fast, and suitable. I do recommend it, although the panel does go down frequently.

I've had an overall great experiance with TorchNode! They get the job done quickly and have support staff at the ready whenevery you need them. I came across an issue with them and there support were so kind and got the issue resolved within a matter of minutes.

I have been with over 20 hosting company's. From budget to premium. One thing they all lack is support. TorchNode has budget and premium options. There budget servers are amazing.

Budget system specs:

Storage- SSD

There some really good specs considering it's only $1 per Gigabyte. There premium server are a bit more price at $2.50 Per Gigabyte but there system specs are a fair bit better

Memory- DDR4 Ram
Storage- NVMe SSD
Network- Gigabit Connection

All there plans come with unmetered storage and unlimited MySQL Databases. Amazing considering your pay either $1 or $2.50 per Gigabyte. Lets talk about support. We all want a host that will help us with everything. Well TorchNode does from helping you set up bungee cord to having almost instant reply's on discord. They do everything in there power to make the experience the very best it can be. All in all TorchNode is one of the top Hosting company's around right now. What are you waiting for come order your first service.

The support has been amazing from TorchNode and I highly recommend them!

They have significantly improved since when they first came out. Their control panel is nicely themed and the price for the quality is great!

I have only been with this host for a short time, and I must say I am very satisfied with my experience so far.

Pros:
• No hosting lag
• No downtime
• Fast support (All of my questions were answered in under 10 minutes)
• Professional attitudes
• They actually care about their customers

Cons:
• None so far

I have to say, I have been with over 5 different hosts, and so far this is the best one yet, even though I have not been with them for very long. In my opinion, it seems hard to find a host that actually cares about their customers, but this one appears to. I would definitely recommend this hosting.
