Don’t even consider renting a car from this company. First, they make you walk away from the departure hall so they can pick you up from a far point. Secondly, they absolutely rip you off. They charged me the deposit on my credit card (not blocking it) which is utterly ridiculous. I’ve booked cars in different countries before and all companies block the deposit but this is not the only thing they do. They also charge you the tolls fees blindly at the end of your booking when you return the car. They make up a story about not knowing how much the HGS will charge them even though you’ve already paid through the tolls. They’re never clear in their communication and answer messages after a while with no clear answer. Believe me, this is my experience with them and I will never rent a car from them again. I spent almost 28 days getting my €500 deposit back and am still chasing after the €3400 Turkish lira they charged me for tolls. It’s been a month since I returned the car and they’re still charging me for the tolls. I won’t stop writing a review and I’ll post this all over social media and their website as well as on all car rental search engines. This is absolutely disgusting and a rip-off.

Absolutely disgusting stay away. They try to eat your deposits up. When you try say I’ll pay by credit card that way your safe they start asking for bank transfer and they don’t even turn up at the airport on time just go to enterprise or hertz

Do not go anywhere near, I was a victim of an attempted scam, where they delivered my car outside the terminal under the pretence someone back at the office would be taking payment. They then said my credit cards failed (they tried 3) and insisted I pay the €700 deposit, because I didn't take out their insurance, in cash. They even had someone arrive claiming to be a customer returning a car who was asked to intervene as he spoke English to say this was legitimate! I'm convinced I would never have seen my €700 again as I should have been taken to the office to make the payment or they could have bought a card reader.

Emre was great help. I was very happy with the rental. I would recommend Torlak Auto to anyone.
