Aren't they off their business already?
Was a customer 2 years before. Pricy but they do know their work.
I gave one star because there are no negative stars and I can't even do 0.
False advertising!
The website said they take credit cards and that was verified by phone. I was locked out of my bedroom.
The website said they GUARANTEE the person will be there within 15 minutes. Nope, it took HOURS.
The guy showed up and said they don't take credit cards and it will be 400 dollars cash, plus 150 just for coming, even though the website and on the phone said 15 for that. LIES!
I asked the guy to leave MANY, MANY, MANY times. He said 400 but said if I had cash right now, he could do 250. I asked him to leave MANY more times. I was shaking and getting ready to phone 911.
He then asked how much money I had. I said 80 bucks in the bank plus 19 US that I had been saving, but that was all my money for gas and food for the whole week. This is why I needed to use credit!! He took every last penny by etransfer.
The door took under 2 minutes to open, but the guy spent time on a social call on his cellphone instead of doing his job.
After it was done, the etransfer was accepted and approved, but he STILL REFUSED TO LEAVE!!!! I had to demand he leave another 10 times before he finally did. This left me feeling extremely unsafe as a single woman.
I was not provided with a receipt and when I phoned to ask for one, I was told that they would email it it at some point.
In doing some research, the address the company gives, including unit number, actually belongs to a window company. I could be mistaken but this sounds like fraud to me in addition to false advertising.
I have asked for my money back. If I don't receive it, I will be pursuing civil action.
Completely unacceptable. False advertising is actually illegal. I am sure providing a false address as a business also violates some kind of law.
I am hoping the company just does the right thing and refunds my money. If not, many, many people will be hearing about this- judges, the media, social media and every government agency I can think of. Oh and the window and door company.
It is not okay to lie.
FALSE ADVERTISING!!!
When we called, they told me $15 service fee. We had a situation and need to open a lock. The technician “Tony” (don’t know if it’s his real name) quoted us $550 credit card or $450 cash for opening the lock. He claimed the lock is a commercial lock, very difficult to open. The fact is that the lock is the cheapest you can get in Home Depot for less than $20. We ended up declining his service. He wanted us to pay him $100 for coming out. Finally, we settled at $50, as he claimed the $15 is just a dispatching fee, $35 is the consultation fee, which is not what they are advertising on the site. It only took us 15 minutes to open the lock once we get hold of the tools the next day.
I don’t know if the company is bad, or the technician they sent to us happens to be a terrible person trying to take advantage of the situation. If owner of the company reads this, for your reputation sake, you should disassociate your company with this kind of technicians.
Contacted them and had someone ast my house at no time. They were courteous and very helpful. Replaced my locks at very reasonable rate. Highly recommended. Will use again.
The service was fast, very resenble priced, will definitely use them agin
