Torro is a direct funder that provides business capital to companies already up and running, typically for 6+ months and on pace to generate $240,000+ annually. For newer ventures or pre-revenue businesses, traditional funding is extremely limited, which is why we offer the SLOC (Syndicated Lines of Credit) program — a proven option that utilizes personal credit to access personal and/or business credit cards.
Your representative, Zach Ward, explained this clearly during your consultation. At no point was there any dishonesty. You ultimately chose not to proceed, which we fully respect.
It’s important to clarify:
We do not offer personal loans: we help secure 0% APR credit cards for business use.
We do not hide our fees. We’re transparent that we charge for our expertise and our time. Additionally, we charge no fees up front. We only collect a fee once the credit cards are in your hands.
Even legendary entrepreneurs like Bill Gates used personal credit cards to launch Microsoft because when you’re in pre-revenue, that’s often the only path forward.
We always aim to match the right solution to the right stage of business. Not every option fits every entrepreneur, and that’s okay. But mislabeling or misrepresenting what we do only hurts others looking for a real path to capital.

We appreciate the continued feedback, but we stand by our original response and want to clarify a few key points for those reading:
Zach Ward did explain the SLOC program in detail, including that it uses personal credit to secure 0% introductory rate credit cards. That’s not a secret, and it’s clearly laid out during every consultation. We also sent you the transcript of the recorded call to help with any confusion.
You’re absolutely right—people can apply for credit cards on their own. But they often end up with lower limits, fewer approvals, and wasted inquiries. Our goal is getting a client access to larger funding amounts through hands-on support, strategy, and positioning. That’s what the service fee covers—not “just a credit card.”
Saying “$5,000 for a free credit card” misses the point entirely. Our clients aren’t paying for access to a website form — they’re paying for results. Our fee is strictly result based only after credit cards have been received. And those results often exceed what they could do on their own.
And yes, we have a team that responds to reviews. This shows that we take our reputation seriously, care about our clients’ experiences, and believe in transparency. That’s what good businesses do.

They won’t approve you even with a 700+ FICO due to inquiries
They couldn’t approve me even though I had like a 702 FICO on Trans Union, just because there was like a few inquiries on the thing and it’s like come on, bro obviously, there’s gonna be inquiries because I’m shopping around for credit.
All good though, I’ll just let my inquiry fall off and go to Chase in 24 months with my EIN number and I’ll get something going since I’ve had a relationship with them for years. guys if they can’t approve a 702 TransUnion you better be pulling up with like a 790 with 0 inquiries and that rate you can just get better deals from your local bank or credit union

In your case, the number of recent inquiries and newly opened accounts raised red flags, especially since many of those inquiries were with the same banks we would’ve worked with on your behalf. Rather than submitting your application and risking additional dings to your credit, we chose to hold off — not to deny you, but to protect your long-term credit health.

All I can say is "possible malware-stay away".Hacked
All I can say is "interesting"! I contacted T (Torro) for small busines quasi start-up funding. My Credit Score is mid 700's. After they got my credit report, I never heard from them again. I left over a half dozen phone calls to Manuel S., on the company VM, and around 6 emails --nothing. After I complained via email, on May 27th, I received an email "Invitation to Join Our Proposal" from Manel S. A share file attachment on which clicked "View Sharefile Document. I get "Success" screen both before an after a program is downloaded to my PC. When I open it, a program is loaded on my PC -- however as long as this program is on my PC, whenever my PC shuts down, (Restarts on it's own), up comes a blue Windows Update screen-the usual kind (Don't turn off your computer, etc) When it reaches 7%, screen freezes and cursor jumps all over the place. "7% Blue Screen of Death!" (It gets past my Avast Premium.) Fortunately, I know how to recover from this. I tried uninstall/re-install 3 times - same result. Contacting Windows Support-they suspect ill intent, however I told them this was a trusted sender. Now, I am not so sure. I have requested assistance from various Torro phone numbers by email or for them to resend another way and STILL NOTHING. It seems that Torro might have sent me malware! To date, I haven't heard a thing. No letter, no nothing. I even tried submitting another loan app -also nothing. So, now they have my personal info. Therefore, right now, my advice is, based on my experience, STAY AWAY. I have copies of everything. They acted so glad to help me until they got my info. Clean credit report, 740+ score. I would like to know what prompte this werid response (or lack of). Their silence is deafening. Oh, one last this, the Sharefile that was sent to me on May 28th had a May 30th termination date. WTF????? I have no idea what was in that file, who else it went to and why it was sent. Thank you, Torro for your excellent customer service. Are they hacked? Who ever these poeple are-delete all of my info, please.
I did get a timely reply to my comments abovs. I was figuring it was denied for some reason. However I wish I would have been communicated to about this denial from Toro so we could discuss it. It also would have resulted in my not downloading some scammers junk because I would have had a closure to this particular case. I appreciate you coming forward with the information now but you could have prevented a lot of this by communicating with me at the time of the denial which I do not have a problem with. I good enough credit to get other funding for my bank. And I also purchasing a duplex in the next few months. In the meantime II will take your advice and call me if that phone number and we'll go from there. Always remember conversation builds trust.
