They don’t give enough portions. Pay extra if you want more. Got a naked burrito, it fell apart at the end. Nice bunch of guys at Hammersmith though.

Eating out ain’t ever gonna be the same again.

Cold food, cheap ingredients.
Ordered breakfast rolls which were freezing cold and had rubbery streaky bacon. First time at Tortilla in Glasgow Airport and certainly the last.

We were disappointed by how salty the tortilla chips were, how fade and plain the chicken quesadilla was.

I just went into tortilla as a person who visits their regularly in Windsor I have been going for them on a regular basis and Windsor seven days a week I went to in today the man who normally serves me was a very rude he was trying to charge me two pounds 50 on my vegetarian so therefore I don't eat the meat and he put a small portion of rice when I told him to put more rice you got triggered and he started to argue with me it's such a bad place to eat in they will not provide you a full plate even though you get a large they will still provide you like with a smallest amount of food that they can they won't fill your belly is a waste of money waste of time the stock in there are so rude if you ask them to a bit more food on the plate there are so rude and very very rude the guy in there was very rude they torteller in Windsor it's always empty I can understand now the staff are very rude in their no one wants to go in their eat is just a rip off if I were you I would just go to McDonald's or I would go to gourmet and Windsor or I would go to brakes and Windsor would never go in there again such a humiliating time I have never gonna be going back in there wasting more money they are ridiculous and then they're watching when you eating your food and they always will give you the most horrible service ever so if you wanted to eat in winter I would say you to go to different places please do not ever go in there you will get food poisoning as well

I visited Tortilla yesterday with my family, my mum brought the nachos which we were told they cannot melt the cheese until 2 pm, very strange. We continued to order, I then asked if any of the food contained nuts as I have a severe allergy, the girl replied “I don’t know! I think it all has traces of nuts” I said well I can’t eat unless I know. Which she replied “well I think it all has traces of nuts in do you still want some” I said no thank you I cannot take the chance. I think this is very bad practise as this is a serious allergy and very common! The nachos were absolutely terrible, the meat smelt like cat food and was freezing cold, I would not recommend at all the pulled beef. And I must say I was very annoyed to find out that the only chicken they sell is Halal! I have no problem with this being offered however I am very surprised that this is the only chicken they do sell! Not impressed one bit, and will not be returning!

Food was cold soggy and not tasty ! Service terrible! The guy who called himself manager was rude and not accommodating…

I was served raw chicken today. It was completely pink and cold. The manager said they add chicken to the cooking one and they "too quickly"put in into the serving station. Very dangerous. I felt bad afterwards, not going back for sure.

Bought the tacos which were advertised as £8.40 got to the till and somehow was charged £12.00 without any extras ie guacamole and the portions were absolutely shocking not worth £2 never mind 12 will never go again

Customer Service was excellent in the One in Coventry. I tried to cancel an order through uber eats and even though I didn't know their procedure they were very accommodating to try and cancel that order. In the end it wasn't possible but I just want say thank you to the coventry team for dealing with a painful customer like myself.

my naked tortilla bowl came without any rice and they still charged me the full amount, even though I had requested for a discount. 💔🌯

Staff completely oblivious that the queue was growing longer and longer. If I wasn’t picking up a specific order for my other half I would have walked. Appalling!!

I had a chicken burrito for lunch, there was a large bone in it which was very off putting but not as much as the violent stomach upset I endured from 4.30am the next morning for 2 days!
Tortilla have handled the case badly and paid no attention to my comments, just tried to discredit my claim that I was violently ill. My advice is AVOID!

The customer service Megan was very pleasant in manner especially when asked about ingredients as I am allergic to mushrooms. Megan was very confident and conscientious in dealing with this.had a lovely meal thankyou

Not impressed with the food here. Flavourless and not fresh. Not likely to return. Options limited for vegans.

ROBERT AND SOPHIE FROM OXFORD RD TORTILLA ARE THE BEST WORKERS I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS! I had a huge order as I took my family in of 9 and they provided everything, they were so friendly and made my day (I was having a bad day).

Bought the breadless Chicken burrito... Imagine my shock when underneath a load of pointless lettuce I find two tiny cubes of chicken. That's the extent of the chicken in the burrito... what a swizz. Absolutely disgusting. As it was take away I didn't have time to go back and lodge a complaint. Won't be going there again.

My partner and I ordered beef tacos for me and he got a burrito. Firstly, my tacos were soggy, cold, and stuck together so I decided to eat them with a fork. As I bit into a piece of beef, I could barely chew through it so I immediately spat it out. Tried another piece and had the same texture. I then just completely gave up on it all together and offered it to my partner. He said the same thing - completely inedible meat and horrible soggy tortillas, so we threw them out. On a slightly more positive note, his burrito was better than my tacos but unfortunately he paid the price with bad heartburn. I'm not sure if this is a one-time experience but we will be avoiding this place in the future.

What shocked me is how they make these orders. Crockery and cutlery are not clean. Apparently one of employees tore a glove and took burrito bread with a hand without washing it!!! Dine in tables are dirty with crumbles of leftovers! Where is management looking?!

Tortilla (Peckham branch) is disgusting. Rice was uncooked and still hard, funny smell to food overall and they don’t know how to wrap burritos (mine arrived open so everything was pouring out making it difficult to eat). Couldn’t finish my food as I worried it would later make me sick due to the smell. I’ve tried different branches of Tortilla and they’ve been fine but the Peckham branch specifically, I wouldn’t recommend at all. Food is 100% not fresh! Sadly I’ve seen multiple bad reviews of this branch after I ordered from it. Close this branch down.
