So sad, to be doing this! But I am so disappointed with not just the poor quality food but also the service I have received! Order via Deliveroo the 2 large Burrito meals, food arrived cold and had to be warmed up! The meat in both the chicken and beef was just fat and gristle, the food had to be thrown away as it was inedible. Half of what we had asked to be put in them was missing or only a sprinkle. When I phoned to complained I was told by the supervisor that I would receive a full refund and she apologised saying they were having a mad night. The next day i sent an email after getting no where with Deliveroo, the manager emailed back stating he did t handle money and refund wouldn’t come from them. And has since ignored other emails. So disappointed with what I always thought of as being a really good take out. Won’t be going back

Burrito was freezing cold, juice and water literally pouring out the foil wrap, soggy wrap. Asked staff about getting one less wet and they said nothing they can do about it. I asked about it being even Luke warm, they said come back on a hot day........seriously.....Mexigo was sooo much better

I normally buy my naked burrito here at the Trafalgar square once a week and I normally buy a large bowl. They usually put the bowl full, or at least I get more chicken and other stuff compared to a normal bowl.
Today, I got my large bowl filled only half. When I made a remark, it was completely ignored and I was pointed to the cutlery desk.
I was served by a member I never saw before, probably she is new, but nevertheless she could have a proper idea about the sizes she is serving and staff should address problems when they are told.
Update a few months later:
This has happened again. The problem seems to be that they hire people but can't retain them, so staff gets changed quite frequently, and new staff doesn't know the right portions.

I had noticed that Tortilla had opened locally and was excited to try the quasedillas for our anniversary evening meal. After driving there and queuing for 15 minutes I was told that they weren't doing quasedillas "at the moment". Crazy! I ended up at the nearby Five Guys and was able to order what I wanted. I won't be going back.

The best burritos in the UK. Wherever I go and find Tortilla, honestly they make the best burritos. Healthy, tasty, and not expensive food for that price.

Love the food.. But I must say stratford branch makes a better burrito same ingredients..we visited Dalston branch.. Could be higher turnover stratford branch.. We were only ones sitting down on Saturday afternoon 3 to 4pm.. Was not offered napkins... Was not asked if we wanted a drink... Why cashless.. Dalston is cash area.. Weird.. Not good business sense.. Just following the narrative.. Shame won't visit this branch again.. More because you don't take cash...

I ordered my burrito at the King's Cross branch of Tortilla and I must say it was delicious (I had the beef) I would also like to commend the staff on their handling of a very rude and demanding customer. It was the lunchtime rush and they all remained calm and professional in the face a very shouty and rude woman! Bravo to the food and the staff👏😀

Amazing food, great service. I loved the beef burrito and guacamole. Would definitely recommend.

Ordered two veggie burritos via Deliveroo. They arrived quickly which was great. As soon as I took them out of the bag I knew they didn’t feel right; they were barely wrapped and felt like they were about to fall apart in my hands. After just one bite I realized that my hunch was correct; the burrito was so loosely “wrapped” that it all fell apart into a soggy mess almost immediately. I’ve had Tortilla burritos before and they are usually decent but these two that I had tonight were so poorly prepared that I gave up eating them as it all fell apart. Really disappointed. Would like my money back but Deliveroo doesn’t give me an option to review my order.

Awful - sent us a takeaway without the main ingredient (the meat) then refused to answer the complaints/respond in any way or send a replacement. Avoid

Ordered (eat in) 1xburrito, 3xtacos & 1xquesadilla yesterday (11/11/21) at 18:41. There was 15mins wait before get to the counter to order which I can understand but the extreme rudeness of a female staff at the tilt was shocking. Not once multiple times this particular staff disrespectful to the customer. I couldn’t find tissues to wipe hands especially when eating a dripping taco. When asked the same person to provide me some tissue- she said, there are available at a desk where they usually put for customers to pick up. I told her that there isn’t any that’s why I came to the counter and requesting. Literally she is standing in front of tissues she could have given instead she said there is another desk behind me where I can grab those. Again I already check both desk - there weren’t any hence came to ask her in the first place. Eventually, she handed in with such a fuss. I was standing there and think - what was just happened? I didn’t ask for a few drink or a free food or free extras - just ask some bloody tissue which weren’t there on any other desks. Even though food was good and not all staff weren’t I friendly either. It’s not always about how good the food are- it’s also about the experience of each customer.

I’m guessing uber eats kicked tortilla out since I can’t find it on j we eats near me anymore but I order on Deliveroo and have been waiting for 2 hours and guess what people I’m still waiting. If You ever try to order something don’t ever order from there

I order the tacos with pork. As I attempted to pick one up, it fell apart. It was all wet and soggy. I told the girl who said.....' yeah I think the shells should be hard' . There was no soap in the toilet to wash my sticky hands and no sanitiser any where...

I went with a friend for the £1 Taco deal a few weeks ago at Tortilla in Reading. I was accused of asking for extra cheese by a rude female manager, even though I had not asked for any cheese in the first place. She spoke to me like dirt and I was made to feel targeted. She did not accuse my friend of trying to get extra cheese and when my friend asked for extra items on her tacos, she was polite and pleasant to her. I am black. My friend is White. A complaint was made on the website and Tortilla have not bothered to respond. I went into the shop and was told the Area Manager would be contacting me. This was several weeks ago and the Area Manager did not bother to contact me either, despite the serious nature of my complaint. I am disgusted at the way I have been treated by this company.

I went with my family to Watford store on a Sunday afternoon. It was our first and last time. The food is not too bad for the price but the big issue was the staff... They, (yes 3 attendants) couldn't lead us in what options choose for us naked burrito and in the middle of serving, one of them was extremely disrespectful with my 9yo son yelling with him because he was stopping the queue.
The inefficiency of staff and a sloppy operative process ruined our lunch time. There is no written information in front of food options, what kind of food, how spicy they are... in summary, a mess...
Do not recommend, at all!

The staff in the Cribs branch couldn't have been nicer or more engaging and were all really good at their jobs and i can't fault their customer service but the food was luke warm and had no real flavour and didn't really taste very authentic. It's not bad value for money but they are a little on the expensive side and the lack of sides or ability to have something like chips on the side is a little disappointing even though i know this is done to keep things simple. The burritos were made well by the staff but the ingredients didn't seem to be of a very high quality. I wouldn't go back simply because the food wasn't great but the staff were excellent and deserve to be praised for their hard work.

On Saturday 19th June 2020 I was served in White City Tortilla by Thalia & Brian. They were absolutely amazing. This was my first time ordering from this restaurant, they were patient and very welcoming & the burritos were amazing! Definitely will be visiting this branch again.
