Still waiting for my order - I wish I had read the reviews…

I wish I had read the reviews earlier...
I ordered three items April 4th and have yet to receive my order - 120euros worth! and today is May 26th.
No communication on their part except please don't overload our service with email - seriously.
Too bad really because a little information goes a long way!!!
Just be advised that there is a loooooong wait (i still hope i'll get my order?!!)
Otherwise i do wish to support a French company.
