No Product, No Refund, No Resolution
I spent $150 on a lingerie set from Toru & Naoko, but it was the wrong size for my girlfriend. I followed the return instructions exactly and paid $25 out of pocket to ship it back. Only after returning the item did I learn a tracking number was required — something that was never mentioned in the original instructions.
When I followed up, customer service told me they had “no idea” about my return since I couldn’t provide tracking. The end result: I’m out $175 with no product and no exchange.
I wasn’t asking for a refund, only to exchange for the right size, but the lack of clear instructions and unwillingness to resolve the issue left me very disappointed. Unless their return process changes, I can’t recommend shopping here.
