Het matrascomfort bepaal je zelf – zacht of stevig, met of zonder topmatras, één of twee matrasdelen, eventueel elektrisch verstelbaar. Please don't make your life a nightmare

I have been waiting for a product for 4 months . Specifically, they delivered the product damaged in December 2024. On 28/02/2025, they came to replace the damaged parts when they noticed that the product is totally damaged and they will deliver a new product in two months. This company shows lack of professionalism and respect for the customers. Honestly, this the worst experience with a company that I had in my life.
Moreover, I bought several products from them and I noticed that the installation was done wrong and now the furniture is partially damaged.
