I was moved over to Total after my previous learning provider shut down my course. Amanda picked up my learning and worked effectively and efficiently to piece together the missing parts of my portfolio. She understood what support I needed to work with my specific learning style/needs and has been brilliant helping me complete my course and prepare for EPA.

Natalia Tucker was my tutor and she was absolutely amazing. She helped me through rough patches when I had any struggles with completing my work and she was always there to guide me. Her teaching sessions were very good- interactive, supportive, educational, and not overbearing at all. I felt like I was being taught the way I wish the teachers in school would have taught me, and I always felt encouraged. She is a delightful person, and I credit me passing my diploma to a collaborative effort between us both, as she was so influential to me as a learner and really supported my journey through my education. She really does deserve all the credit for the hard work she puts in and the level of empathy, care, understanding and great communication skills that she exhibits. She is a great teacher.
I now have a diploma in Children and Young People's Mental Health and I feel very proud of myself and very happy with total tp and my amazing tutor. I have taken diplomas through them before and had amazing experiences but the teaching sessions and support from Natalia made this diploma my favourite to complete
Total tp is doing amazing work offering education to people and I am personally very thankful to them. I did not get to receive education growing up, and to get it in my adulthood and now be able to say that I am qualified, means alot to me- not just for job prospects, but also for my own sense of personal achievement. my experience was very good. I was treated with respect and with full support from a very professional and efficient team in the way they teach

I've had a great experience the tutors where very helpful and I had fun using the app socerative to revise and learn new information about the course and test it was very simple and easy to use.

Excellent services fantastic support throughout the course. Highly recommended and hopefully used the service again. 👍

Total training have provided a 5* experience on the course from start to finish. Couldn’t recommend Mike enough very helpful and takes time to explain questions asked.

The course was easy to understand and informative. It was a fun and inviting environment and I would enjoy doing other courses if they where like that.

I was able to learn many important skills I needed before and after heading into a job, the tutor is great, provided the support I needed to complete the course, much better than the last tutor I had for a previous course, I hope to use these skills for a future job. I definitely recommend this course.

My tutor was absolutley brilliant from start to finish, so supportive, quick to respond and guide me through my studying when needed.
The weekly webinars were really enjoyable, Kev ( the tutor) was so down to earth, compassionate, and understanding, he really helped me to open my mind to see the bigger picture.

The knowledge Kevs taught me will continue to be used throughout my working career. I genuinly look forward to our weekly sessions and will be sad to see the end to them.

Steve was a very professional, and hard working tutor, explains things very well and makes sure everyone is on the right path to pass. This was nice as I have personally dealt with some tutors who’s heart isn’t in it. But Steve definitely was. I am very happy with my results and how steve taught us throughout the course

My tutor Mr Steven Scully was an absolute belter managed to pass because of this legend give him a raise!!

Very informative course learned alot about health and safety for construction and warehousing. Mike King was a laid back and understand tutor.
