I cannot log into my account. I do not know my password and link to reset does not work. I was charged for an auto renewal without getting notice so I could cancel before getting renewal. I am getting charged for a service I have now cancelled and am not using. I would like a refund of the auto renewal charge.

Took an authorized payment from my bank account, I never agreed to any monthly subscription, another rougue company reeling people in.
Could never get the program to take on my laptop
For over a week or even longer, I have tried to tie together all the "Total" features with no luck. I just lost $155 dollars and have cancelled any further charges. I am going to do everything possible to recoup some charges, but IT bullshit is too damn slick and just sucks you money. HEY TotalAV/Total AdBlock... refund my money and just maybe I would make a nicer report.

Installed Total Adblock and it made my Facebook unusable. Turned it off and Facebook is back to normal. Initially thought a cyber bot hacker had compromised my computer

I tried it's FREE offer to get rid of one advert for MaCaffe. I got to the point where is asks for your A/C details and selected ''continue for free''. The ad for MaCaffe disappeared but was replaced by another troublesome ad for Totaladdblock. It appears I am now being bullied to join and the only way I can get rid of this add is to pay up.

Tried for one day. Cancelled and for 4 months now they keep billing me on 3 different new credit cards $9.99 every month. My bank has been unable to stop it. DON'T BUY THIS PROGRAM THEY ARE A FRAUD
Taking my money fraudulently!
This company has been taking money from me via PayPal without my consent. Their website advertised ad blocking for free! Last theft was £119.00
Problems with Adblock Subscription Repayments
BEWARE Adblock!!
I am a pensioner of 76 years old.
I have recently discovered that since July 2023, I have been paying via annual subscriptions for 2 Adblock accounts. I have no memory or record of signing up for these accounts, I have no copy of any contract. I don't seem to have benefitted from any reduction in ads.
My last payment was 2nd August 2025.
On 3rd August 2025 I cancelled my subscriptions and sent an e-mail requesting refund for the most recent payments according to their Terms of Service and EULA . The response was a link to their Help Centre which I tried on numerous occasions, but each attempt was blocked, as was my account. I tried resetting my password but this was also blocked.
My payments were from my credit card via Paypal. I asked Paypal for assistance but without any contract documents they could not help. I see from other Trustpilot reviews that my experience is not uncommon.
Do not trust this company! I have to date paid a total of £751.80, am still pestered by ads, I have not been refunded in accordance with their terms and have no guarantee that no more payments will be taken.

This company just will not give up taking money out my Credit Card - they are blocking the payments - just long discussion about blocked attempt to take £75 today... in the process discovered that they did manage to get £148 earlier this year - hopefully will get that back via them.
TOTAL ABSOLUTE SCAM - RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN - EVEN MICROSOFT BLOCKING THEIR WEBSITE FROM LOADING!!!
All clever tech terms, no services and I’ve ?lost £119.
Multi-names for this service? Last contact 20th March 2025, I was asked not to keep trying to have £119 reimbursed to my bank account taken by their business. It’s 26th today, no contact from them. They do not respond within the 24 hour window they offer.
The company agreed I have never received a service from their firm but they have taken most of my pension. For what?
Initially I was offered half my money back and reduced cost for their services followed by a further offer of £100 toward repayment of their questionable withdrawal, ?theft. I just want MY money back.
Terms for reimbursement are via a ‘terms and conditions’ work of art which guides you via ever increasing circles - good luck, it’s possibly a scam.
A bloody disgrace
A bloody disgrace! Keep billing me for non existent service. Been going on for two years, Ruined my holiday. Stole money from my account and had to have three new cards. Nobody to complain to- a horrid situation. Told the event would not happen again. Happened again this morning. Absolute scam. Criminals hiding from the public by internet wall. Absolute scum.
Crap company don't waste your money.

They did a one off payment and then a monthly subscription as well. Note pay by PayPal to cancel.
Total scam, not total ad block
Right after installing this I began having all sorts of problems with my phone, ads appearing like crazy, problems turning it off, junk of all kind appearing. I took it to my local TMobile store. He saw the Total Ad Block app and said "Heres your problem".
He Unstalled it and BINGO no more problems. Got credit from my credit card company.
