Initial purchase
I just purchased this warranty and have yet to use it. The sales rep was courteous and professional and provided information when asked. I have no information regarding if there will be any issues when a war wants claim is submitted. But as of now, all things are great.

Great customer service
Great customer service. Ryan was great at answering all my questions and offered a great price for two of my vehicles. I was comparing several companies and total auto-protect is the best from my own research. The price very reasonable and they didn't try to push me to sign the contract, which I don't like. Highly recommended.
