Nope never again

Nope never again. Firstly I didn’t hear anything for 4 days after my order. When I contacted them to see where the order was they rushed it out and got it wrong. What a nightmare trying to communicate with them. Won’t be using again. Once bitten….

received product has issue

received product has issue, contacted them with my concern of eye health regarding this product has been received have a marks and dirt inside of the contact lense's packaging, their response was it's okay to wear the rest of contact lenses, I concerned my eye health demand for a full refund as this is faulty, has been silence ever since then, blocked my phone number and rejected my email address, now i'm seeking hope from consumer right organisation and report them as a misbehave health product provider, please be aware buying from them, consider your eye health is priceless say no to Total Contacts.

Good communication

I was nervous to order from them because I hadn't seen any reviews on trust pilot - but I decided to anyway so wanted to share for others.

They were very quick to send my order out - only when it arrived I realised they'd sent the wrong prescription for one eye. My biggest worry was that in an effort to save money, I'd used a company that wasn't reliable and would pay twice - but happy to say this was not the case! I contacted them to let them know with pictures and confirmation of my original order - and they were very quick to respond and were apologetic. They immediately sent me the correct lenses and sent me a return paid for the wrong set.

So unsure if this was a one off, or maybe need a little more attention to detail if it's busy, but I found them very kind and easy to work with and they were very speedy. I would order from them again.

Sent Wrong Product, Ignored After

I ordered daily contacts and they sent the wrong base curve which makes them unusable. This whole process has taken over two weeks and after I told them it was incorrect they took days to send a replacement then asked me to drive 60 km round trip to return their mistake.

I returned the item using their label and let them know it was posted, mentioning how poor the experience was. They never replied. No apology, no goodwill, just silence.

If everything goes right maybe they are fine, but when they mess up they are unprofessional. Overseas companies do to act like this. Unacceptable.
