Excellent customer service from Total…
Excellent customer service from Total Drinks. I inadvertently ordered the wrong product. On realising my mistake I emailed customer services asking if when I received my order I could return it and re-order the correct product. This was on a Friday afternoon.Peter replied straight away and assured me that first thing Monday morning he would ensure the correct product would be sent out. The item arrived a few days later and it was indeed the correct item I wanted. So rare these days to receive even a basic level of decent customer service. Will definitely buy from Total Drinks again.

Delivery to Scotland 3x the price for England!
I ordered a gift set and clicked through with a £4.99 delivery charge initially quoted.
I must have missed the "Scotland delivery charge" of £14.99 on the final payment.
This is is the only time I've been quoted more for delivery to my home even though they used DPD, the same as many other online sellers.

Would use this company again. Goods arrived quickly and on time. APC delivered and unfortunately I was not in so needed to re-arrange another date. I could not see where I could leave a message on their site as to where to leave the goods if I wasn’t in again. Otherwise I would have left a 5 star review.
