Impossible to contact them even just to receive relevant invoices
Impossible to contact them, especially if you contact them from abroad. I have been trying for two months now to get the invoices for the horrendous amounts they deduct from my account, and I can't even get a working email address or a working chat (which they do advertize though).

Catastophe, bordering on scam
Customer service doesn't exist. They send a link in an e-mail to activate some online service. The link is dead. I respond, they reply a full month later with 'are you sure, have you tried copy-pasting the link?' And many more such experiences. This level of communication is insulting for a company that I now pay huge deposits to monthly. AVOID

Worst service possible
They really try their best to make their service one of the worst possible.
1. The client space where you consult your bills was not working for three months!
2. The waiting time in their service lines is huge ! Be prepared to wait half an hour just for them to pick it up on average!!
3. Because of the wrong counter in my contract I was threatened having my electricity supply cut off because they couldnt process my modification request for one whole month! ANd they were just telling me in the phone to remind them one week before the deadline because "those things take time"
4. They had my first name written wrong and even after I told them 5 times to change it and they confirmed it's fine it was still wrong (to this day even!!)
Stay away from them!

Bad service
My invoice was payed within 2 days from the last payment day. Still total energies is sending me reminder invoice ( and adding 7,5 € costs) even though it is clearly written in their website, that reminder invoice should be send ONLY after 4 days delay. I was promised to have creditnota from their customer service and this reminder costs deducted, but so far received nothing ! Bad service ! Earlier I didn't have any problems with Lampiris. Now the name is Totalenergies and everything is going bad, I am afraid. I am going to change my gas provider....

Scam
The so called service is so poor that it is more a scam. Sending me a wrong invoice and now threatening to cut my power, because I didn’t pay it. Reacted immediately when I got it, but these amateurs didn’t care to do anything.
