Waited until the end of the year and we were refunded the money they owed us which was a substantial amount, then changed supplier. We paid the end of contract bill of 19.70€. They now send a bill of 859.64€ totally outrageous, cannot get an help from phoning customer service all they see is this bill and say if we don't pay they will pass the bill to Debt Collector
Will write a letter of complaint to the company then contact a Mediator. Be very careful joining this Company

This company is a total scam. The positive reviews on here must be fake. I’m leaving a review to help prevent this from happening to other people. I live in France and they almost got me as I’m a foreigner and I’m not completely fluent in French. They pressured me to accept the conditions of a contract that I hadn’t read yet online. I told them I wanted to read it first and they insisted it was not necessary. The contract would have given them permission to automatically deduct more from my account every month than what I was paying for the EDF while paying a huge fine to cancel. I realized what was going on, and I told them I wanted nothing to do with them, and now they continuously harass me for my business. They call me from different phone numbers after I block their number and they’re sending contracts to me in the mail. This is not a company it’s an escrow scam. Do not check a box, sign, or validate anything with them and do not give them your information. They have some of my information and now I’m going to have to change my bank account.

Total frustration
I have been trying to get a refund on an overestimated bill for the past year.
I have sent over 40 emails to them without resolution and no refund
In July 2020 they sent me a refund cheque by mail which I have been unable to get as I have been unable to travel to France because of Covid travel restrictions
I simply want them to cancel the cheque and credit my French bank account directly with the refund
