Very disappointed, got pictures taken today 5/3/26 at 11:40am by an older lady at the perfume counter.When I arrived at home I noticed I was never given the code to send them electronically and I had to go back to the shop and she was chatting with a customer ignoring me. Luckily another staff member spotted me and rectified the mistake straight away and apologised. The pictures where only alright so I got a new set done elsewhere. If you're not competent to take pictures, then don't take them.

Regular mistakes when filling prescriptions to the point of me having to check that I'd gotten the right meds before I left the shop.

Extremely poor communication skills from pharmacists NOT the shop assistants who are lovely and I will miss - - the pharmists' motto seems to be "never apologize when you make a mistake, talk over the customer after you've made a mistake in shouty patronising tones and explain to them they actually should be grateful to you for dispensing the wrong meds and when the customer switches their business to another pharmacy, make sure you send the new pharmacy a prescription full of errors." Not sure if that last one was on purpose but it proved my point that if it wasn't done maliciously, it was certainly done incompetently - - there were meds listed that I haven't used in years and other ones that were completely ommitted. Very disappointed but very glad that it was finally so bad, I switched to a hopefully more competent, courteous pharmacy.

Excellent service. Brendan is the owner & is always so helpful. Veronica helped me with making up a gift for my sister. She is so pleasant & very knowledgeable as is all the staff at Kieran's. An absolute credit to Total Health pharmacy. They have what you need and more. No need to go anywhere else in Carrick on Shannon. Thanks Guys for all your help 🤗
