Someone used my email address without my permission to place an order. Since then, I've been inundated with emails from this company. I've sent them multiple messages asking to remove me from their database. I've also unsubscribed several times. Not once did they respond, and here I am, a week later, still getting unending spam from them.

Disappointed Beyond Words – No Product, Just Empty Promises

Honestly, I can’t believe TLC had the nerve to ask me for feedback on a product that hasn’t even arrived. It’s been 23 days since I placed my order, and I’m still sitting here empty-handed like an idiot. Instead of a parcel, all I’ve gotten is frustration and wasted time.

How about delivering the product first before chasing reviews? This whole experience has been nothing but disappointing.

Honestly such a bad product

Honestly such a bad product and business. I paid over $100 for their Iaso Teach (3 flavors). I swear, beans could do a better job at clearing you out than this product does. It really is just crystal light. An artificially flavored and tasting drink that makes your stomach make noises for the next 48 hours. I lost absolutely no weight in a week of consistently using it.

So I reached out to customer support to return it for a refund and they want me to pay the shipping back and were willing to take an opened product. This means 2 things. 1) they are selling unused products that are returned by customers (which is gross and unethical) and 2) If I had finished the product, they would give me a refund, but since I was willing to ship back the unused product, they are making me pay for the shipping myself?

So I went to my bank and opened a case with them and immediately got a full refund. Don't let them steal your money for this mediocre product. Still willing to ship the unused product back to them as long as they pay shipping.

TL;DR: This is clearly a small business that doesn't mind breaking rules and being unfair, don't buy from them and if you do, be ready to lose your money. Also the product is a complete scam imo. I recommend beans or bananas as they do a much better job at clearing you out.

Placed order online for Delgada…

Placed order online for Delgada coffee,ay order screen returned an error message after cycling for about 20 minutes, checked my PayPal and noticed I was charged 2x, yet there was no order confirmed on TLC site. Called customer service, they had a message they were experiencing greater hold times longer than 15 minutes, never got a call back. Called back the next day, office was closed. Monday was holiday and office was closed. Called on Tuesday and after 30 minutes of being told they needed to investigate the order with PayPal and could not tell me anything further about it, then she went on to encourage me to spend more money and let her place a new order for the coffee, when I asked her if I had to pay for shipping still given the inconvenience, she began quoting me the various rates for shipping, again I asked her if I was still expected to pay for shipping, she said "yes". So, you have potentially charged me 2 times erroneously and can't tell me why or if this will be resolved, and your solution is for me to spend more money with you and pay for expedited shipping. I asked for a supervisor, after 5 minutes on hold, I got Duran (manager). He said he would reach out to the PayPal team and would respond to me directly. He also stated he would assign 10 points to my account to allow me to cover the 3-5 day shipping costs and would cover a portion of the expedited shipping costs for Next Day arrivals. I told him I did not trust that he would call me back and asked for him ot send and email. I also told him I was annoyed because I didn't trust I would receive this email and was skeptical the notes would explain to the next customer service rep, when I had to call back in and start all over with my request He said the notes would be clear and that I owuld have his direct contact information, so I would not have to call back in to the main service line. After 2 hours, I called back in to say I had not received his email nor his contact information. Betsy told me he had gone for the day and only her team lead Tiffany was available. I asked for her. After another 5 minutes on hold, Betsy told me that Tiffany would not take my call because she had to reach out to Duran first and get his take on what happened before she could speak with me. And she was also unclear as to what happened because Duran had not entered any notes. I asked Betsy again if she was saying that Tiffany was refusing to speak to me. She said Tiffany would call me back after speaking with Duran. Of course, I have not heard back from Tiffany - nor do I expect. I find it hysterical that I am trying to SPEND money with this company on a monthly basis and this is how they treat someone who is trying to SPEND money with them. #MakeItMakeSense

I joined on Monday August 5,2024 and…

I joined on Monday August 5,2024 and didn’t get officially signed up till August 8,2024. I haven’t been ranked since joining and also I haven’t received free tea as I signed up for.

I had to contact support cause my name is wrong on my sign up page. It is a simple change and it takes 24-72 business hours. It’s been 36 hours since I requested it and I can’t rank up or get my free products till after I am ranked to affiliate.

I have a down line and my down line passed me on there. I also have an upline sponsor Krista Hammon who enrolled
Me and is not helping me out. She left me high and dry cause my account profile settings is different then everyone else she signed up. So Krista Hammon blocked me in the group and now my business isn’t moving forward.

Don’t trust this company or Krista Hammon. They are both a scam.

Disappointed Long Time Client

Long post but worthwhile reading. I've been a CONSISTENT client 4>years +, today I experienced the WORSE customer service interaction EVER! As usual, ordered items (but this time chose least expensive mailing option (since it was only 1 thing & I knew I had enough time to get it in before RUNNING COMPLETELY out -I'm consistent remember). Tracking said delivered (and it wasn't), called TLC Customer Service line (after holding 10 min or more). I proceed to explain that my package says delivered (But hasn't been) & I'm rudely awakened to Ethan NOT SAYING anything just holding the phone, I had to ask him "How can we rectify this"?.......no words from Ethan (just holding the phone) & then when I addressed his silence his response was "I just had to take a break and calm down because you're tone is loud"....I requested a manager and explained both issues with no emotions, empathy or concerns to the poor customer service I received. #long time client -VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I give the customer service department…

I give the customer service department a 2 and am being generous with that. The customer service reps take forever to get back to you, and when they do finally get back to you they are no help period. You can speak to 4 different people pertaining the same situation and will get a diffrent answer each time. If you call in your order it should be correct after going over it, but no. Oh and when you call in to let them know your order is wrong they will go back and forth with you trying to convince you that's what you ordered, and you have to go through all of these channels to return something you never ordered. Meanwhile you can't even start your journey as planned, because of they're negligence.

This company is the worst

This company is the worst. It takes hours to reach anyone and when you do they are absolutely no help. The website continues to crash as you're trying to order meanwhile the bait and switch is happening. They put on promos and quickly remove them(bait and switch and the excuse is they ran out of the product? REALLY??

Disregard those negative comments

All the negative comments sound like the same person lol. Anyways I love everything about TLC. My favorite products are NutraBurst, Matrix, NRG, Raspberry and Lemon Iaso tea. This is coming from a woman who was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, and because of TLC I came off of all meds.
