Efficient in resolving any problems and very helpful
Had an issue with one of my orders - this was through no fault of the company and was to do with the actual product itself. I emailed in and received a reply within an hour or so advising they would replace the part of my order which was faulty with next working day delivery and received an order confirmation all within a couple of hours of the initial email. Some o the best customer service i have recieved :)
