I had a very good experience with the customer service, my order was delayed by the post office by 4 days. I panicked cos I was running out of time , but as soon as I contacted the customer service. I spoke to a sales rep called Christine. She handle the matter quickly and and she sent me another package on priority mail. I ended up receiving two packages in time for my event and when I offered to send back one they insisted that I keep them both. I'm very happy with the overall service and the napkins rings are beautiful and I love them, exactly the way it is on their website. Thanks Christine and the rest of Totally Dazzled team, I had a great experience and will buy from them again.

The product is beautiful. Delivery tracking was a little off even the post office couldn't confirm. But all ended well and my table looks amazing.

I ordered a pretty pearl/rhinestone napkin ring holder. I received it much earlier than the delivery date that was given to me. When I opened the package, the item was more beautiful than it looked on line. I will not be using it as a napkin ring holder but as a broach (the ring will be cut off) and placed in the middle of a burlap bow that my daughter will be wearing on the back of her wedding dress. The pearls match those that are on her dress and the rhinestones shine so nicely they completely dress up the burlap bow. Thought I'd be disappointed with the piece because things that look good on line rarely look as nice when they are received. But, this time I was pleasantly surprised!

I purchased two rhinestone brooches to sue on my wedding cake's decor and was worried I would end up with a cheap-looking product but that was not the case at all!
