600 x 400 Straight Heated Towel Rail
Was looking for a small raditor/towel rail for a cloakroom and came across Totallyrads. Reviews were promising so decided to give them a go. Liked website, easy to navigate. Found what I was looking for in a range of sizes, Bought 600 x 400 straight heated towel rail. It is now fitted and looks really neat within my cloakroom. Was given 2-4 day delivery, item was well packaged and arrived on 4th day. Would use Totallyrads again.

The online ordering was easy
The online ordering was easy. I got confirmation of my order but no delivery date. After 4 days, I phoned Totally Rads and spoke to a member of staff who was really helpful and immediately arranged delivery the same day. I was very pleased with the customer service and the arrival of the radiator.

Very dissapointed as they have sold me…
Very dissapointed as they have sold me an radiator wich was out of stock. Been waiting two weeks to arrive where it suppossed to be here within 2-3 working days. They wouldn't even let me know it's out of stock until i chassed them up.Because of that i had to compromise the whole project just so i can finish it in time. Def not gonna use them again

Great service
Great service when I ordered the wrong size rad. Had to pay to send it back but they don’t charge for delivery so fair enough. Customer service team were very helpful.

Nice radiator
Lovely towel rad. Got order confirmation email but after a week nothing. Worried it wouldn't be here for the plumber, I called totally rads, they got on it and it was here the next day. Very quick delivery in the end. All fitted nicely and warming the towels. Thanks
