Alex and the team were absolutely fantastic during what could so easily have been a very stressful house move. They were patient and helpful when we had delays and cancellations multiple times during the process. They found solutions for us when things looked like they were going horribly wrong and they were so friendly and an absolute pleasure to work with. The packing service was amazing - efficient and brilliantly done. We didn’t experience a single breakage and the furniture was rebuilt perfectly at the other end. Amazing value for money and you couldn't hope for a better team to help you with your move.

We used Total Relocations through a family recommendation. Alex and the team were extremely professional, turned up on time and we requested them to dissemble our beds and reassemble. That completely took a load of our shoulders. The team completed the move so quickly. We are extremely happy with Total Relocations and would recommend the team any day.

Total relocations were really reasonably priced and made a very stressful move, easier. They professionally packed up all of the belongings in our house on the first day and then came and finished the next day.

We had a unprecedented wait to get into our new house and the team were understanding and upbeat. They managed to build up our moods in a stressful situation.

The team ended up working late on the Friday of Bank Holiday and didn't once complain to us. Nothing was too difficult for them and they went above and beyond to ease our situation.

I can't thank them enough for their work ethic, positivity and diligence.

If we move, we will definitely use Total Relocations again.

We have had a wonderful experience with Total Relocations. We used the removal service with packing. Alex was very professional during evaluation of the flat, telling us how long everything would take. He gave us a very competitive quote and was flexible on timings. The 3 people who came to do the removals were amazing, they packed everything up so quickly. It was a massive weight off our shoulders for this to be done so quickly for us. We would recommend these guys and would use them again if we're in their area.

Arranged for a quotation survey to be done, received confirmation of the booking. On the day, no one turn up, calls or emails. After 45min and still nothing, I tried ringing without success. Sent an email, received a reply within 5min to say they had a scheduling error and couldn't do the survey that day. Next availability would be in a week's time. I probably would never have heard from them, had I not reached out. Does not come across very trustworthy, imagine this happening on the day of your move....

The Total Relocations team arrived a day early and did a very professional job packing up our 3 bedroom house. The biggest job the 2nd day was moving, unpacking and assembling the 3 bed house plus additional furniture that had been stored for months in our garage as we moved into a 5 bedroom home. The team handled it all with confidence and care and everything was in and assembled before dark. On a freezing January morning, that says a lot! Thank you to Alex and your entire professional team. You gave us peace of mind for a big move!

I received about 6 quotes. I chose Total relocations because unlike most other companies, Alex came to look at my home and belongings asking all relevant questions and putting me instantly at ease. Alex came across as polite and confident and nothing at all was too much trouble.
On moving day there were 4 guys in total. Every single one was the same, happy, friendly and extremely competent. The whole day went exactly as planned. I’d like to take this opportunity to thank the team once again for their support and dedication to helping make the move a smooth one.

Great experience.

As a single female I decided to rope in these guys for my move as reviews were very favourable and they are a local company. I wasn't disappointed! Alex came and gave me a very reasonable quote and was very flexible, friendly, prompt and professional in his replies.

On the move days everything went very smoothly. The packing was done in a jiffy and the next day the relocation to another part of town was quick.

The team were hard working, punctual and professional, each with their own skills. It was great having an IKEA furniture expert on board to help with the dismantling of my IKEA furniture, and another gentleman whose packing and loading skills were excellent and another who oversaw the operation.

Would highly recommend these guys!

Alex and his team were absolutely fantastic. These guys were brilliant from quotation through to unpacking the vans at our new home. Polite, courteous, clean and tidy. All of our belongings arrived in perfect condition and nothing was too much trouble for these guys. Darren and Josh were outstanding, so much experience and knowledge and completely brilliant with our two children too. Could not recommend this company enough, great price, great service and great guys!! Thank you all so very much, you made moving day so much less stressful as you absolutely had it all handled!

I can honestly say as an older man of the world, my Faith in the Younger men of the world. has really changed. Alex and his young team and Not forgetting the old boy of the team are some of the hardest Working lads I've come across. If I could give them a score of 11, I would.

Another sterling job by Total Relocations. After using them for when I moved house recently, I also asked for a quote to paint the house as I wanted to freshen everywhere up. Alex and the team came over and did a wonderful job. The whole house now feels lighter, fresher, and I have a couple of fabulous feature walls. The team were polite, considerate, and any small splatters of paint were cleaned up. Great work, and thanks again!
