I had my Omega and Rolex serviced by TWR and they did a great job. Both watches came back clean, running well, and right when they said they would.

They were easy to deal with the whole time and kept things simple.

Customer service is great, and I trust them with any of my watches.

Total watch Repair has been wonderful to work with. I cannot thank them enough for repairing the watch for my mother bought me. Prior to finding total watch repair I had contacted numerous companies to no avail.

I like your portal. It makes for an easy experience. Since I haven't received my watch back yet I cannot add more but so far so good.

Technical expertise is exceptional. Communication is prompt, courteous, and appreciative. I worked directly with Kimberly via email and she was always profoundly helpful. My watch took longer than anticipated to service as it is a piece from 1958 and out of gratitude Kimberly sent my watch back to me with overnight shipping, which was a classy and helpful thing to do. I highly recommend TWR.

Do not be deceived by them. I bought two watch bands and had to return them. They gave me the address to return it at spent $17 on shipping. UPS said that the address that was provided was not available and they could not find the package because the package was lost. The company said that they would not refund me for the two watch bands even though they gave me that address. This company is very deceiving and dishonest. Do not purchase.

I sent my watch to Total Watch Repair after it stopped keeping time, and the whole process was smooth. They gave me a clear estimate before doing any work, kept me updated, and finished the repair faster than I expected. The watch came back looking clean and running perfectly. Pricing felt fair for the work they did, and they handled the shipping with care. I would use them again and recommend them if you need a reliable watch repair service.

TWR is outstanding. Good prices, fast turnaround and A+ customer service.
If you have a watch repair need go no further. No job is too small or large. If you have a have a Timex or a Rolex TWR is the place to go.

Had a 1st Gen rare Seiko Monster that needed a movement refresh. Spent ~$400, including shipping, to have the watch disassembled, cleaned, calibrated, etc. The watch came back accurate and looking nice (plus a fresh crown tube, which it needed), but the amplitude was low, and the beat error was at a ridiculous 3.5ms. Sent it back for 'recalibration'. No real change. I adjusted the beat error myself to about .5ms. Next time, I would send it to Seiko. I was left with the impression that they do work quickly, without attention to the easy details, and then move on. The job technically got done - but it was very expensive and I wouldn't use them again.

This Citizen Eco-drive AT was made in 2012. It is one of the limited 2500 unit issues in hard display box I bought it because I liked the gold color case , the watch face and the Crocodile Band It has worked without any mechanical faults of any kind. It is the best, and longest lasting watch I've ever had and I am perticularly grateful to Total Watch Repair for steping up where the Citizen repair stations were not willing or able to do so. I sent in for routine inspection/ repair in 2017 and replacement of the band. By 2025, the replacement band had joined the original in deterioration and prompted me to send it to TWR again. The replacement band appears to be an upgrade from the house- brand replacement installed in '17 and the routine maintenance performed is exactly the same as the first Absent any problems and preventative in nature, involved replacemente of the storage unit, various gaskets reseal and water test plus total external cleaning. The inflated cost was not unreasonable nor any greater than has become the expectation- $200= an increase of less than$40 after 8 years.

I live in Houston, Texas, and ChatGBT recommended Total Watch Repair. ChatGBT was correct. The communication was great! I needed a battery and all of the seals replaced to ensure water resistance. The work was performed expeditiously and returned in a 2-day delivery. They even sent the water testing receipt from their Proofmaster machine. I would highly recommend Total Watch Repair.

I initially contacted TWR because I was in the state on business. I sent them the watch they diagnosed the problem and repaired the watch. According to them the repair had a 1yr warranty. Roughly two months after receiving my watch back it stopped working. Contacted them they sent the warranty form and I returned the watch. To my surprise the warranty didn't cover basically the same repair and cost me an additional $150 and was told that this new warranty was all inclusive. Got the watch back and roughly 2 months later it stopped working again. Contacted them again received the warranty form and returned the watch again. I got a call and what do you know, the "all inclusive warranty " didn't cover what was wrong with it this time either. Guess how much the repair was this time? Another $150. This place is a sham that does subpar work. I think they purposely do bad work so they can continue to charge. If they tell you there's a warranty it's a lie because it's worthless. DO NOT send your time piece to these people or do so at your own at your own risk You've been warned!

It's fantastic that Total Repair can add links to a bracelet, or send you a new watch band. But so can hundreds of Fred Meyer Grocery stores. Sad that no one commenting on this shop's competence repairing mechanical watches. Sad.

I am in Australia and ordered on 27th March 2025. Still nothing! I have emailed 5 times. I received one email stating it would be sent on 10th April as per their instructions 7-10 days. I then received email with tracking on 10th April but there is no status and it’s saying preparing to dispatch. It is now 15th April and still nothing movement. I have emailed again and have not got a reply. After paying $74 delivery fee I expected it to be sent. Not happy at all.

I would give this company 'zero' stars if possible. I didn't receive my order when it was supposedly delivered. I emailed the company about my issue and have never received a reply back. I highly recommend not getting involved with this company.

Ordered a bracelet on 6/5 which should ship 7-10 business days. 11 business days later and they say it hasn't even been delivered to their store yet. Says it will ship out this week but didn't sound confident. Stuff happens but they should be the one contacting me about the mess up, not the other way around.

Send a watch in for repair after a local jewelry store broke it changing a battery. The repair cost was reasonable, the repair time was fast and the return shipment was well packed. You can't go wrong.

I must have misunderstood "authentic" Seiko replacement strap" and "genuine" Seiko watch bands in the advertisement. I thought I was ordering an identical original watch band replacement. The watch band I received was the same style but the number of eyelet holes was different than the original watch band. The original watch band had 10 eyelet holes. The band I received only had 7 eyelet holes. I have a small wrist and had to punch a hole in the new watch band so I could wear it.

Product was great! Shipping was fast, and everything was exactly as described.

The watch band was available, when other suppliers said it was not, and came in the manufacturer package.

On time and good price.
