Generally the worst site I've ever played on played on there casino didn't get 1 win in hundreds deposited.

Its not a good casino currently it needs alot of improvement... It sucked my money on the slots which didnt pay out anything at all, no bonuses given on any games, i also got 200 free spins via there offer however i won nothing on all of them aswell except a pound and got no bonuses again on all 200. May of just been really bad luck but seems dodgey to me wont use again to be honest now. The customer service is good from what i can tell so maybe i just was unlucky but ive never had such a bad touch as on this site.

Omg this site is bad, I had welcome bonus ticked but didn't get then was told they would ask a manager and let me know day after then locked my account so went on chat day after told would get bonus at 5pm next day so tried to log in and found my account locked again for review it's laughable and all this after depositing and withdrawing without any verification. Pathetic site and customer services none existent. AVOID PEOPLE

I have had nothing to do with this company and yet they are emailing me telling me to “complete the last step of my registration” and other untruths. Harassing me and trying to scam me. SUPER DODGE. Do not use.

If I could give them less than 1* I would. I signed up as a new customer and every other site verifies you immediately allowing you to upload documents if needed. I was locked out of my account for nearly 24 hours after placing my qualifying bet. I have now been told it can take up to 48 hours to see my bonuses. This is totally unacceptable. The Tote used to be a reputable racing service used all over the country. Now their services are outdated and customer care is non-existent. I am too scared to bet with them again as I can't trust them to settle anything efficiently or to ever see my money again. Wish I didn't bother signing up.

When any issue does arise they will do less than f. All literally less than that to help. Better off to burn your cash literally than to waste it with these scammers. Showed my bank the chat transcript and was authorised charge back there and then. Avoid like plague.

Terrible rtp

Placed a £25 win bet 6 seconds before the off. Got a reference bet number pop up so was happy the bet was on. Horse wins at ll/8 then notice the bet has been voided. Go on to Chat to find out why bet has been voided. Told it was a late bet then 10 minutes later told I was right it was on before the off but no payment. Another Mickey mouse company making up rules as they go along.
