My Tote&Carry experience

When I was looking for a new duffle bag I came across this company(Tote&Carry). Their color selection caught my attention and they promoted great sales on their app. I gave them a shot and bought one of their duffles. I was very pleased w the quality and look. Since then I now own my entire travel collection and I have no regrets. Great product w great pricing to match, can’t beat it.

My experience has been better than…

My experience has been better than expected. It’s been my experience that few places value good customer service any longer. There has only been ONE TIME I had an issue that required contacting customer service. That one issue was resolved expeditiously and professionally.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service! I made an error on an order that I recently placed. When I reached out to totencarry via email, they were very expeditious in their response and the issue was fixed in less than an hour. I love my Tote & Carry

I love my Tote & Carry. I purchased a Boho set for my daughter and an Apollo set for myself. We ❤️❤️❤️ our luggage. It has a lot of compartments, spacious, and really nice lining. The colors are outstanding. Wherever I go, I receive compliments, and people ask where I got my luggage from. Get your Tote & Carry today. It’s worth every dollar.

Terrible

I made a purchase after buying multiple travel sets... the offer was a bogo offer...it stated the bogo was automatically applied , I even emailed them prior to deliver as it never showed two bags . When I rwcieved the one and emiled them they made up some lame excuse and did not honor their own advertising. After all that I made another purchase and the order was canceled which is suspicious because the many times I made purchases prior. I will never buy from this company again. Seems like they are robbing Peter to pay Paul... No company that operates like this wants to stay in business. Sad...

1 year warranty on a zipper

1 year warranty on a zipper? This is luggage no way they only have a 1 year warranty. Won't spend another dollar and I have bought 2 sets in a year. I'll just stick to Coach, T and C does not back they're product.

Buyer Beware!!

I placed an order during Black Friday sale. lt was b1g1 free. I received part of my order on 1/3/24 which defeats the purpose of the purchase being that it was a Christmas gift. I’m still waiting on the second half of the order. Trying to talk to someone in customer service via email is joke. I will never order from them again.

Refuse to Refund Me

I purchased about 15 items in total within a 3 months timeframe. November 2023 I purchased 3 more items and noticed my status wasn't changing on the tracking. I kept emailing them over and over and they kept referencing my previous order in which I did receive without any issues. December 2023 still haven't received my 3 items and was told it was lost, untraceable, and unfilled. They canceled it but offered me a store credit on one item and they offered to ship the 2 others. At this point I was fed up with their lack of communication, responses to emails, and not refunding me back. I filed a dispute with my bank and received a temporary credit. Once Tote was notified of the claim they decided to finally respond to my email and stated you filed a claim and received your money. January 2024 my bank notified me that Tote disputed my claim and stated that I received my order. That's so fraudulent on all levels. I have countless emails proving that they confirmed it wasn't shipped, fulfilled, nor delivered. I have the "Shop" app that tracks all my orders and I input the order number and it even shows no delivery is available. Time to file a BBB claim. This is absolutely ridiculous! Never ordering from them again.

3 piece luggage set now unusable

Purchased the 3 piece luggage set for $1000. The bags are stunning (I'll give them that) I have only used the carry on (maybe 8 or 9 times, never been checked) since I got them in December 2021. The bag is now COMPLETELY unusable. Both zippers do not work. At first one went down and I was forced to only use one. Now both zippers do not work at all. The bag split on me during a trip. Reached out to the customer support and the say there is NOTHING they are willing to do. No replacement, no partial refund, no discount on a new one, NOTHING. Given the price of these so called luxury sets there should definitely be something in place for faulty workmanship. I have purchased do many bags trying to support. Customer service is lacking and they do not stand by their products. I do NOT recommend purchasing anything too expensive.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. Items purchased not in-stock and the company doesn't tell you until months later after they have already taken your payment. They offer a store credit that is never applied. Don't buy from this site!

Save your money don’t order you will never receive anything …

Placed an order on 6 December received and email from them 22 December they were out of two items. Asked if I wanted to get another item asked for a refund they totally ignore the request. They said they didn’t want to send out a partial order but asked if I wanted the items shipped. I ordered six items and received none. Like everyone else the customer service is absolutely awful. These items were for Christmas I don’t want store credit because I don’t trust I’ll ever get any items. I’m starting to think this is a scam.

Horrid customer service

I ordered on Nov 8th Fed-Ex delivered to unknown address on Nov 10th. Filed complaint immediately with FedEx as I was home when notified of delivery. I then contacted the email for customer service T&C. They responded a day later opening a ticket. Said 20 days for resolution. We are 45+ days with no resolution or communication from T&C other than a billion adds via text and email. FedEx says complaint closed to reach out to T&C. They tell me waiting on response from FedEx. Horrible customer service seems as though the emails are automated and not a real person. This has been a very frustrating experience. I’ve ordered before and was happy with my purchases recommending to others but after this experience they will not get my business or free promotion any longer.

RECEIVING NIGHTMARE NO CONTACT NUMBER

The bags are Nice I will give them that. But getting your product is a problem. I ordered on a Thursday and paid $211 for overnight delivery. Extreme right? My expected delivery date it 12/29 just updated to 12!27 that’s 4 business days I’ll give them the extra day for Christmas but. There is NO NUMBER TO CANCEL AND NO RESPONSE TO EMAIL.

If I could give this company 0 stars I swear I would. 0 customer service or communication to update you on the status of your item, but quick to take your money so stereotypical and they always stressibg buy black, welk dam.. do i want to take the risk. Items i purchased through "other" companys was recieved in a timely manner with updates during entire process. Its been almost a month and nothing geez, these people need sone serious training in customer service and how to run a bussiness i will continue to buy black and want let 1 bad apple spoil the bunch, but seriously tote abd carry since we dont know if were going to get our items or not, you should concider changing your name to (maybe and maybe not).

I wish i had seen this horrible/no service

I wish i had seen this, bought an 2 items as Christmas gifts still not received, nor a refund. The bot is actively answering questions, and getting tons of emails to buy more. I didn't even get what I purchased. this company has no customer service.
