Dont use this scam

Dont use this scam, i have been charged 12.74 euros. I have never subscribed to them though nor i purchased any service. I dont know how they accesses my account and email. Please refund my money immediately. I would request trust pilot to set a complete audit at their procedures and inform relevant authorities as well to stop them doing illegal desuctions.

On 21st of November I was purchasing…

On 21st of November I was purchasing from reel/ticktock kind of advertisement. As I was paying this all converted to membership of totglow and at the amount of 9.9USD totglow I contacted they said I must buy but I don't have kids and today early hrs2am I was debited from my account by them for 2nd time. Claim that is a membership and I told them I need my money ASAP so they said they don't do refunds I must cancel my membership and which I don't even know about it. Ppl I don't know and is 31,75 approximately 500+ 21st November and 1st December 2025

I had a concern

I had a concern which, when brought to the escalation team, was handled immediately by Edith.

There was no waiting nor any difficulty getting the problem resolved and I received a confirmation email within an hour
