This website is legit ! I ordered a pax and got a free grinder with my order also the shipping took 4 days

I was contemplating trading out my Puffco Peak Pro plus accessories for a Dr. Dabber Switch² and after jumping through a ton of hoops to get my posting denied on Ebay and crazy lowball offers on FB Marketplace/ OfferUp I was at my wits end.

I came across To The Cloud Vape & after some Reddit sleuthing verified it was legit and submitted my items for a trade offer. After a simple email exchange, I sent my Puffco stuff and within 7 days had a new Switch² (and Sapphire Plus insert)!!

Extremely fast on ship out my item, it came exactly as described and under the cost of elsewhere. Would definitely recommend!

Just made a purchase on Friday. I put in the wrong email and didn’t receive an order confirmation because of it. I emailed them and they actually called me on a Saturday while they were closed and the guy was super awesome he got my email and sent the confirmation and even had my order sent out. The customer service is absolutely fantastic I would highly recommend a company like that to everyone.

I can appreciate a company like that. P.S. YLLVAPE who makes the Angus enhanced is terrible. Do not buy an angus enhanced.

Site had really helpful info that helped me make the right purchase, and it shipped out promptly. I ended up ordering a refurbished model, but they were out of refurbs so they sent a new one! A lot of stores would have just cancelled the order at that point, but not them. I'm really pleased with my experience with this store.

Refurbished crap with the worse return policy ever.
Item received obviously refurbished. When I returned it they charged me $140! Criminal return/loan policy? They'll shine it up and sell it to some other unsuspecting schmuck.

It's sad you can't reply to their b.s. reply here. Proof they are garbage? They blocked me from their site. May their karma be swift. Calling anyone who calls out their horrific business practices "mentally unstable" is typical, read the other bad reviews.
