Took over 24 hours to activate the SIM

TTM has a novel activation process using their app. It's actually quite a neat way to do it, but the SIM took a very long time to activate. It took so long that we thought it was broken, only for it to spring into life a couple of days later.

We are very tech savvy so we are pretty confident we weren't doing anything silly.

Now it's running, it's fine - just a basic EE PAYG plan, same as you would get from anywhere.

They stole my mobile number

They stole my mobile number. They don't give you any kind of warning that when you haven't topped up the sim in 3 months they will disable it. I was out the country for 4 months so I didn't top it up - all I needed was a reminder email or text and I would've topped it up.

They couldn't even give me a PAC release code, so my number I've had for almost 10 years is now gone forever. Avoid.

To the moon excellent network

Been with to the moon mobile for a couple of days now,the set up was easy done,the signal which runs on ee network is excellent,so much so that I'm transferring number already,the cost for a month plan is a great way of doing it, lots of choices the app is a little hit and miss but it's early days so can always get better, but the online chat service is excellent, would like to see,maybe more features in the future eg WiFi calling,5g and maybe unlimited plan, obviously would cost more but that's fair enough,so far so good think to the moon has got great potential and should do good things in the future,would and will be recommending them, excellent network.thanks Graham

The ease of setting up the account was…

The ease of setting up the account was good and I started off with the top level of data and tailored my account after seeing how much data I actually used. Changing payment and plan is a breeze and I have not had a problem with connecting calls or having data. Running on EE airwaves gives confidence and economy. I am happy with this company.

Excellent Value & Newly Improved

I first found TTM some months ago, when I signed up the company was very new and it did have some teething issues; such as losing connection and not taking payments. Since those early days they have massively improved the network to the point of it being seamless in my recent experience. Just as good as any other network, but for a fraction of the cost. Excellent value.

Great Customer Service Experience

They use the EE network so they have a strong signal and fast data speeds. Customer service is excellent. Can chat via the app and someone is available instantly. Used my pac code to switch my number over. This was done in less than 24 hours!! That’s the quickest in any mobile phone service provider I’ve experienced. I like supporting new businesses also. 5 ⭐️ From me 😃

To the moon and beyond

Service is typically great and very affordable, very rarely have I had any interruptions and they were remedied quickly. I was even compensated for the troubles, 10/10, it’s like the Skyrim but with better reception and service.

So far this company have COST ME £20!!

So far this company have COST ME £20!!! Wasted a whole months charge of £10, whilst having to buy another networks SIM at £10 (so TTMN have cost me £20!) just so I can get a PAC to port/keep my number. All because TTMM changed their system forcing me to leave then to bring number back! Ofcom is being informed. Avoid!!!
P.S. I didn't get any 10 bundle on a new SIM???

We are sorry that this situation caused frustration on your side. Direct transfers of numbers between two TTM SIMS were indeed not possible, hence the request to port out and port back it. To make this worth your while, all of our active customers received a generous compensation of 50 pounds credited to their new SIM accounts on 29th June. This compensation was intended to cover any expenses incurred and inconveniences caused by our migration to a new technological platform.

Once again we apologize for the inconvenience, but we can honestly say that we did everything possible for our customers in this scenario.

Update: We're happy to inform you that the issue with the porting of your number has been fixed.
