I am thrilled that I have found Tots Too. I have just booked my 4th holiday with them. They provide a very special personal service and they have managed to find the ideal holiday for us each time. Absolutely outstanding service from Dhiren! No sales patter just supportive advice. Nothing was too much trouble. Any queries I had were answered immediately and he checked every detail with Baobab Suites and Monarch Airlines. His emails contain all details regarding booking the holiday and he even asked Daniel at the Suites to forward details re The Gala Dinner. I have never felt more reassured when booking a holiday. Excellent, unbiased advice, good recommendations and rapid service
We have travelled with Tots Too on 2 occasions now and can't fault the service at all.
They have recommended resorts ideal for our family and responded quickly to any questions.
Our son developed chickenpox on holiday so we needed to stay longer and they also sorted that out really quickly.

Helpful, friendly staff
Very helpful staff, understood what I was asking for and kept to my budget. Also followed up with the resort on additional fees and charges that I did not think should apply (for baby kit such as a high chair and stairgates) and agreed to cover the additional charges for me when the resort refused to waive the fees.
