We ordered a bed which fitted our restricted space because no other shop could do this.
The bed arrived on time and we had a very experienced fitter from Tots to Teens come to build this.Now very pleased and cannot understand other criticism.
We order a bunk bed. Delivery was extremely slow but worst on that is that there was no communication from them for the delay. They never apologised but were blaming their providers. I can understand that when you are expecting things from 3rd parties delays may occur but at the end of the day we bought it from them and you could apologise and communicate instead of blaming others. The bunk bed is excellent quality thought.
Website shows a product "in stock" - still waiting for it two and a half weeks later. Tots2Teens claim their suppliers let them down. Called suppliers direct - they say the delay was from Tots2Teens. Had to chase them constantly - otherwise I think nothing would have happened. Final insult: the courier doesn't deliver on the day they say they will deliver (sat at home between 8 and 4 waiting.... have to do it again tomorrow....). No hint of an explanation. Try explaining that to your 4-year old who is still waiting for her new bed.
The wardrobe we purchased was described as being predominantly made from solid wood, however, when the packaging was opened it was found to be made entirely from MDF and fibre board. Instead of doing the right thing and taking the goods back the company has subsequently hidden behind its "Terms and Conditions" that quite unreasonably require all disputes to be registered within 3 days. We shall get redress through the courts but I would strongly recommend avoiding this company and finding a more honourable one.
