I would like to say a big thank you to Totum Renewables and its owner Chris Williams for what has been a fantastic first experience into all things solar and batteries.

I started down the Octopus route which limited our installation due to their self imposed rules which didn't work for us. Totum Renewables designed a system for our needs and managed to install the panels where we wanted. Even when we decided we wanted a gateway halfway through the install he sorted this in a few days without issue.

Now have 20 Aiko 510 panels fitted along with an Sig Energy gateway (sorry Chris), 4x10kw batteries and an 8kw inverter. They sorted the G99 request in days and ensured a very detailed handover.

A professional and very transparent service from Chris throughout, and the fitting was done with a lot of care and attention to detail. We couldn't recommend him highly enough and if you live in the South West he is definitely worth a call.

All we need is sun now!

Once again Totumrenewables have gone above and beyond. I lost my internet connection on the Zappi EV charger. I phoned Chris up 6pm Thursday evening, Chris the electrician was standing at our door 9am the next day. All sorted. What brilliant after sales service😉

I am in Portugal and my wife could not get the electric car to charge. I sent a WhatsApp to Chris and he went, the same day, to help her. There was a fuse blown somewhere in the configuration and he fixed it. He then went through the procedure with her showing how to operate the system which he says has a 3 year warranty.
Chris is not only a top rate electrician, he is a really nice, friendly chap. I highly recommend him.
