We were initially bought a Toucan Box subscription as a present and we loved it so much that we then joined ourselves. My son is 5 and he has loved every box we've received. We really like the way that they are often themed to current celebrations or events, e.g. Easter, Spring, Summer, Winter, Christmas etc. We've created some really special memories together and completing the boxes has been 'our time' together.

My granddaughter loved the materials she used to get from ToucanBox for years. I was impressed by their creativity and clear assessment of the adult's support scope required. Now, once she turned 9, her interests are different, so I cancelled my subscription. My great experience was how easy it was to part with ToucanBox, after I declared my intention to cancel the subscription. Recommended, friendly site! Highly recommended.

I have been subscribed to toucan for a couple years now and did have a really good experience with them. Recently, I’m having to make some cutbacks for money because I am really struggling. I emailed regarding cancelling my subscription and I got no reply. I assumed maybe they cancelled it for me I just didn’t get the confirmation, a few weeks later I get an invoice come through that they’re still charging me, they actually charged me for just one rather than the normal two I get (which I didn’t request them to do; they obviously took it upon themselves to still get my money without my permission). So again, I emailed and no response. I have now messaged their WhatsApp but waiting for a response.
Update to help those in the same position:
I created a dispute on PayPal and they cancelled it for me. Probably won’t get my money back but at least they shouldn’t be able to take out anymore.

My 6 yo daughter loves every bit of it. It’s been more than a year and she is eagerly waiting for next one. It is quite well planned and you hardly need anything else to do the crafts. Loved their themes🙂🙂

Excellent value for money.
Signed my 5 year old son up to one craft a month.
He was excited when he say the box come with his name written huge in it (what kid doesn’t love a delivery?!)
Very environmentally friendly, everything is packaged in paper rather than single use plastic and even had crafts in the magazine involving using the box as an extra activity. Not one thing in the magazine will not be used or be too difficult for him (unlike shop bought magazines at £6-8 a pop!).
The craft itself was space themed and he spent the whole afternoon doing it. It was very much a mix of a science experiment along with art to create a space poster of the planets.

I have used these for two years now, would really recommend. I used to always buy a magazine for my daughter and got so fed up with the rubbish toys and just junk, so switched to this box, I never looked back! It can turn a rubbish day into fun just from the bright box delivery and child’s name, the activities are different and easy to follow (even for a rubbish at crafts mom!) The cherry on the cake was Mother’s Day assembly; when my child said this was her favourite thing she does with mommy!

Granddaughter has loved every box she’s received (from age 5 for 9 months) - she’s craft and art mad, and topics have been a good mix each month of things she can do by herself and things that benefit from a bit of adult help. I’ve had a couple of contacts with customer service, who’ve responded promptly and helpfully each time I’ve emailed them. I was a bit anxious that the quality of the boxes wouldn’t match the cost, but every activity has been well constructed as well as fun, with just the right amount of challenge!

Customer service is brilliant. Helped me change my subscription to a more manageable option. My son loves the activities every month! Such a good product!

I ordered this a gift but couldn’t enter in gift options, I followed up asking for it to be delivered directly and had no response so it was delivered to me. I have had a box before but this was just a plastic bag in a padded envelope. Very disappointing.

Amazing company. All crafts are super cute. Me and my little girl absolutely adore doing her toucan box together.

Great company, very customer focused. The magazines and crafts are lovely and the staff are friendly, helpful and efficient.

I am currently getting Toucan boxes for my third grandchild, having got them for the first two.
These turquoise packages coming through the letterbox. Invite a lot of excitement and anticipation from the children.
The format has changed slightly over the years, and now each pack comes with two crafting activities, which are linked to the theme of the month.
My grandson has just turned four and really enjoys the activities. Last October there were Halloween activities, including making a “potion, “which frothed up green liquid in a very satisfying way!
We have just completed a space themed activity which involved making a light up lantern and a brilliant universe poster.
These activities take anything from 30 minutes to a couple of hours and are instructive and educational as well as fun.

I recently had a query about an order which I emailed to the company.
Within 24 hours I had a response and my query was resolved immediately. The customer service is excellent and I cannot recommend this product enough.

The best thing about the interaction was the help given by Raphael. He was very helpful and it was clearly important to him that my problem be quickly resolved.
The bad thing was that the problem occurred because i couldn’t achieve what I wanted to do through your website. I love your products, I love your service but I’m afraid that I don’t like your website. I find the parts relating to setting up and managing account to be non intuitive and old fashioned.
AND the my problem would have been solved in 2 minutes if I could have spoken to someone.
Nevertheless the products are so good I’ll carry on on buying them.

Lovely product! My boys adored the activities. The customer service was also excellent.

My granddaughter has had lots of fun over the past three years but is now growing out of it. I would thoroughly recommend toucanbox as the monthly activities are always fun (and educational) and the magazine provides additional activities and puzzles. Will definitely re subscribe when the next grandchild is old enough.
