Both of my children have had toucan box from a young age for many years. Sadly they have now outgrown it! As a parent I’ve loved watching my children have fun and getting to join in on their craft activities. Lots of lovely memories that I’ll treasure. It’s really helped them to develop an interest in art and all things creative! I would recommend for any tiny budding artists :-)

Great product and customer service! Has kept my 5/6 year old entertained for 18 months with all sorts of different crafts and she loves getting a package in the post!

Originally purchased a subscription for a Christmas gift but my little girl loved them so much we renewed for a second year. She asks every month when her box will arrive. These are top quality materials and we have never had anything missing.

My nephew loves these boxes and gets so excited when they arrive every month! Customer service is also great - Very responsive and helpful to a query I had about a payment.

I have been purchasing Toucan Boxes for two of my granddaughter’s for some years now. They have always been pleased with the options they received as the Box is always age appropriate.
I had a small issue with payment last week which necessitated me contacting the Customer Service who resolved the issue the same day with no problem. Really efficient!

I had an issue getting into my account after subscribing too toucan box! I emailed the team and a very kind team got back to me within 24 hours and sorted the account out for me! Now I am into my account and everything is perfect! We can’t wait for our first toucan box to arrive!

I’ve had 2 subscriptions with ToucanBox and both my daughter and niece have loved them, the variety of crafts have been amazing and educational and the special editions at Easter, Halloween and Christmas make the holidays even more special. Would highly recommend

I've used toucan boxes for my 3 children for several years. They've had so much fun with them. The instructions are easy to follow and the boxes have everything you need. The little magazine/activity book is great too. I love how the boxes match the seasons and special events through the year. Especially useful during school holidays! They're always excited to see them arriving in the post 😊

Toucan has been a fantastic resource as a part of my daughter’s Home Education. It’s been wonderful seeing her confidence grow as she undertakes the creative tasks sent in each box. The contents have always been of good quality and exciting for my daughter to make. The customer service I’ve received along the way has been fantastic- thank you Toucan!

Despite the website suggesting no commitment you get trapped in a 12 month “subscription”.
They will not let you cancel despite never agreeing to 12 month plan in the first place.
Do not order a box!

Very good quality crafts that come with easy to follow instructions for little ones. My son especially enjoys showing off his creations to his friends and teachers in school.Comes with all the supplies and instructions so your child can get on with the activity independently.

I started this subscription when my daughter was four years old, I was very satisfied with the quality of the product, and my daughter enjoyed the variety of crafts, she was very happy when she read her name on the delivered package. I ordered this product for both of my kids for the Christmas holidays and they really had fun and enjoyed making seasonal crafts.

Great customer service, a wonderful company with very creative and ingenious activities for kids to do. I really recommend - my little one always enjoys the activities.

Excellent product! My two sons have loved this over the years. It makes rainy days so much easier and the quality of the products is really high. It’s much better than the money you might spend on a toy as you get the experience along with it. We really have loved this in our house.

Had the 2 crafts per month subscription for my daughter from age 1.5 till almost 4. She really enjoyed it we only cancelled as it was getting a bit repetitive and had completed some of the crafts a few times by this point. Not sure why there’s negative reviews about cancelling as I got a response within an hour. The first time I went to cancel it they actually offered my a few months with the subscription half price which I accepted but now cancelling to have a break from it. Would re order in a year or so for my youngest child and the oldest to then get it again so it’s less ‘same-y’. Decent materials each time, some wooden and still displayed years on. Nice to make and give as birthday or Xmas gifts to family and friends too which we did with some at times. Overall really fun and engaging for kids!

Our two grandchildren (3&5) have so enjoyed the toucan box crafts over the past three years and staff are always helpful with any queries.

The boxes are great fun and my son just loves that he can get on with it on his own and create his own little projects. Recently we misplaced some instructions, contacted them and they sent a pdf replacement the same day. Brilliant customer service.

As a grandad it was an easy Christmas present knowing that the activities are appropriate, educational and fun. Also the delight of getting something through the post from grandad each month is special
