Best POS for full service Restaurants. Have been using it for 2.5 years now and it’s been great, they helped me out during the lockdown. Great support. Easy to use interface.

I was shipped the hardware and was completely unable to create an account with them on their "on boarding" website. I was sent this useless "welcome onboard" email 7 times, tried contacting their customer support and got nothing but the run around, apologies etc etc. I wasn't even able to complete the first step of setting up the pos. Complete rip-off and scam. The person who sold me the system became suddenly unavailable and did not return calls. I am now resigned to the fact we were ripped off $2,700 for their hardware and now have a useless POS system.

Great Point of Sale System, is easy to use, very complete, excellent for fast food restaurants with home delivery and to get there, it has a useful cloud platform that gives you access to very detailed reports of sale, operation and inventories. / Gran Point of Sale System, es facil de usar, muy completo, excelente para restaurantes de comida rápida con servicio a domicilio y para llegar, tiene util plataforma en la nube que te da acceso a reportes muy detallados de venta, operación e inventarios.

Great customer service! Great communication and follow through. Since day 1, these folks have been super helpful. The promotions and tools they’ve set us up with are going to set us apart! We’re really looking forward to opening the boxes and really getting to work with everything!

Touch bistro is the most intuitive POS around. It allows me to not only track sales, but trends within menu categories (and menu items), staff and the floor plan looks great!

We've been a TouchBistro customer since 2019. We've grown with them. I'm not sure if they're growing to fast or what but their support team can't keep up with everything they're offering. We recently opened a 2nd location and switched to TouchBistro payments. We switched over 10 days ago and haven't received one deposit and nobody knows why. Nobody will even return a call or email. A gentleman named John Florinis is supposedly working on it. I'll update the review when they get back to me. So far it's been a nightmare.

TouchBistro has been a lifesaver to our restaurant! We started out with Clover as our POS and had nothing but problems with it from the beginning! We switched to TouchBistro and it’s been smooth sailing ever since. I have been with TouchBistro for 4 years now and have been very happy with ALL of the help and guidance I have received! Even in very stressful situations, TB has always come thru. I know I can count on them to answer any concerns I have. If I had to add a piece of constructive criticism, it would be to add an emergency help line instead of just the help desk for time sensitive emergencies. I will be opening another location and there is no doubt in my mind that I will be doing it with TB's system.

We choose touchbistro for its powerful tools to ease restaurant flow. Most of our staff were new to using technology so we needed a simple system that wouldn’t frighten our staff. They all love touchbistro we went from a cash operation and hand written tickets to an easy automated, credit card capable system.
