Last week I ordered a dress for my birthday celebration which is today. In my confirmation email, it was expressed that the pick up location was closed on weekends. I was visiting on Saturday and that was the only day I could pick it up, I was in panic mode. Noelle, one of the managers viewed my concerns in the chat and offered to meet me with my dress. I will be sending pictures! Love the dress, perfect for women with curves!

The shipping the quality got my dress just in time for Valentines Day 10/10

My well anticipated order came couple days ago. I dropped everything, got naked and ready to try on my goodies. Well! Imagine my shock an disappointment when i saw the qualities and designs up front. Im utterly disgusted! The red dress material is a cheap as eva. The floral dresses is not is flattering in person... not at all the black and white polka-dot skirt set was was short... the other package i didnt even open because i was down! Completely ova it... I never shop here again. Now im hold hostage because they dont do refund. They're website is very misleading. I very displeased. This company is designed to take your money without produce quality products. I HATE DISHONEST PEOPLE

By far the best online shopping experience. Navigating the website was easy and shipping was faster than I expected. I received the clothes quickly and the quality of the clothes arid not disappoint. I loved everything about their clothing and service
and will be shopping here again for my Valentine’s Day outfit.

Shipping was so fast I ordered a dress for my wife and thought it would take forever as I am international shipping get it out the next day and arrived within a week. Quality was amazing.

Please don’t believe those bad reviews, take it from someone who’s been with touch dolls for over 7 years now and still have no complain great products and great material I love touch dolls and always love there products💯👍

Very disappointed with their “customer service” and return policy. I ordered a dress that was clearly a different color than what was promoted on their website. When I asked for a return label bc the dress was not the color I expected they asked for the invoice and a picture. No problem, I sent it. Then they asked for the sku number on the tag of the dress. Ok… fine.. then they further let me know they will not send a return label bc my order was correct. If it’s a different color then it’s not correct. They stopped responding so I’m sharing my experience. They need to add colors are different then they appear. Not to mention the pants set I ordered is for someone who is clearly 6feet bc the pants are up to my boobs and the ankle part drags on the floor for an additional 5 inches. Worst experience buying from Touchdolls.
