submitted $200 for child support and received receipt for $100. Several calls to Touchpay over a 2 1/2 week period and still no resolution after being told each time 24-72hr response. Scam
The blockchain was a bit congested, and my order status didn’t update immediately. Support explained the situation calmly and kept me informed. Everything finalized correctly. I appreciated the communication.
I exchanged a small amount to test the service. After this experience, it feels comfortable to use it for larger volumes as well.
I liked how the rate was locked at the beginning. Even with network confirmations, the final amount stayed the same.
I appreciated that the rate was fixed at the order stage. During the exchange, the conditions didn’t change, and the final result matched what was initially shown. That’s a big advantage.
