I ain’t even one of this people that moan but these took the absolute piss they have the shittest customer service the guy was supposed to come clearly couldn’t be asked I told him let me know if you need anything and I will be over in 10 - 20 minutes then I get a message 4 hours later after he said he will be there in 20 minutes saying sorry we have to reschedule I then proceeded and say no I’ll come and drop the key now they just left me on opened made me go to where the car was kept and then told me once I was there that the guy wasn’t there absolute time wasters as I said I don’t like talking on peoples company but my lord this was the worse company I’ve ever come across in my life

Remove dent and fix scratches and scuffs on wing. Pleased with the work and at a fair honest price. Would use again

I got a quote for 2 seperate issues. One was a dent on the front wing and scratched. The other for deep scratches on the back panel. It was a really competitive quote so agreed the work to be carried out. Tony came to the house and explained the repair process. He completed all the work that day and done an absolute fantastic job. I was so pleased the results and so much more competitive than a repair workshop. Also have to say what a really nice pleasant guy. It was all such a positive experience for me. If you need any work done trust me you will not be disappointed with Tony, 100 % recommended.

Got Tony’s number from my neighbour, after I had dented and scratched my car. Honestly fantastic service, really nice and helpful and clearly a master of his art. I can’t thank him enough for his service, and would highly recommend.

I thought it was going to make a hole in my wallet but Tony worked his magic with some special stuff and I didn't need to get it resprayed. I had tried Tcut with no effect.

I recently had some smart repairs carried out on my Audi TT by Tony from Touch Perfect, and I couldn’t be happier with the result.

Tony was professional, friendly and clearly takes great pride in his work. The repair itself was outstanding — the damaged areas have been restored perfectly and you would never know there had been any marks there in the first place. The colour match on the paintwork was spot on, which is always something I worry about with metallic finishes.

What really stood out was how convenient the whole process was. Tony completed the repair efficiently and to a very high standard, saving me the cost and hassle of going through a body shop.

Excellent service! I used services of Touchperfect (Tony) to fix a small colour scuff on my car, and the results are flawless. The turnaround was incredibly quick, and the work was carried out with total professionalism. The price was also very reasonable compared to a other SMART technicians. Highly recommended!

Originally had a quote to repair two doors judging by photos supplied Tech turned up today repaired one door done an excellent job and was able to polish out the other door b giving me a saving.
