Week I didn’t want to leave a bad review for these guys I really wanted to give them the Benifit of the doubt but seems I was not the only one treated bad I was just reading a review from Princess on here I experienced a lot of similar and the same issues. I have tried contacting them and they just ignore me. Now left with no smile at all and major problems I can not afford to fix.

I booked a dental crowns procedure with Smile Global / Touch Dent in November 2024, flying in all the way from the UK. I had specifically requested a doctor named Anil, who I was told was the best and worked with international patients. I made it clear in advance that I did not want bridges (splinted crowns) due to hygiene concerns and previous reviews. I was reassured multiple times that I would receive individual crowns, not bridges.

To give context: my natural teeth were in great condition. I had composite bonding done in the UK five years ago, which looked perfect at first but eventually stained, chipped, and felt bulky. I wanted a more permanent, natural-looking solution, so I decided on crowns.

However, when I arrived, I instantly felt uneasy. The clinic atmosphere wasn’t professional, and Orhan, the owner, was the one pushing the treatment. I began to doubt my decision and told him I was reconsidering crowns and wanted veneers instead, especially since I’m young (23) and my teeth weren’t damaged. Orhan told me veneers and composites weren’t an option only crowns and insisted this was the best solution.

Things got worse when I was told I needed to pay extra for “better materials”, despite being promised by my coordinator beforehand that I could choose any material at the same price. When I explained that I only brought money for what we agreed on, Orhan suggested I “ask friends or family” incredibly inappropriate and unprofessional.

Despite my concerns, my teeth were shaved down the very next day. On the trial day, I saw the work and immediately began crying they had given me joined crowns, exactly what I feared and tried to avoid. I called my mum in distress, and instead of showing any empathy, Orhan began shouting at my mum, saying “she can go somewhere else” if she didn’t like it. My mum pleaded with him to fix it since I was already there and had no other options. He promised to redo my smile and rebook my flight.

The final appointment was just as bad. I was not given any say in the shape or size of my teeth they were just rammed into my mouth without proper explanation. The pain was horrendous, and I begged to be numbed. The assistant told me that the man doing my procedure (who wasn’t even the doctor I requested it was Orhan) “wasn’t allowed” to numb me. I still don’t know if this man was qualified.

As I cried through the pain, they mocked me. Orhan and the assistant laughed, saying “Mummy’s calling” and calling me a “baby.” I was humiliated, in agony, and trapped in a foreign country. Later that night at the hotel, I cried to my mum again and sent her a video — I was devastated.

When I contacted Orhan after returning to the UK, still in pain, he was rude and dismissive, offering no solution or empathy.

In March 2025, I went to one of the top dental clinics in Turkey to fix the damage done by Smile Global / Touch Dent. The new clinic was shocked by the poor quality and treatment I received. Thankfully, I’m now finally happy with my teeth but it cost me more money, stress, and trauma to fix their mess there’s a saying that the cheap work always cost more than the expensive work because I had to pay a lot to fix it! This experience has been incredibly traumatic, and I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. The lack of professionalism, the disregard for patient comfort, and the poor communication have left me deeply dissatisfied. It was a very good experience, both transportation to the airport was punctual, the hotel was excellent service - the clinic was very beautiful and the people were very helpful and the work was excellent, the clinic was clean and organized - anyone who wants to change their smile can go, it's worth it, quality work 100% guaranteed. Hey guys me name is Paul I’m from London I had to travel to unfortunately the cost in the UK is not acceptable.

Here at Touch Dent I have found an incredible team of ready to help and incredibly patient staff that help me with everything. Organise the trip taxi and everything else.

The most important for me was a massive Phobia about needles and the fear and pain that come with it. The where incredible patient and understanding with the situation and took good care of me.
To say I’m happy with the results dose not cover how happy and confident I feel.

Touch Dent truly are the best at what they do. I gladly recommend it to anyone who wants to come.

Happy with my final result after deliberating with staff/owner about my request for individual zirconium crowns & not wanting strip teeth. You need to be very clear about what you want before you sign up. Transfers were always on time ✅️
Anesthetic was sufficient for a pain free experience ✅️
Hotel ok, but food not to British tastes, no pool or outdoor space either ❎️ I'd recommend upgrading to Swiss Hotel.
Reception staff were unprofessional, not warm or welcoming, didn't speak English never offered me a drink in the 6
hours I sat there, were more interested in their moble phones. ❎️
My coordinator spoke good English but I only saw him once during my stay. He stayed in touch by phone though ✅️
Whilst having my permanent crowns fitted, the dentist & assistant jabbered away in Turkish, periodically giggling, which I found very rude & unnerving. I had to ask for a mirror at the end to see my teeth, they just started packing away & didn't think to show me or ask if everything was to my liking. ❎️
A filling was done on one of my teeth without asking, it wasn't needed as I'd had a checkup in the UK before I left. I wasn't told until afterwards ❎️
I wasn't provided with a night guard, I had to go to my own dentist when I got back to get one ❎️
Overall, the teeth I got I'm happy with, the service/staff: there's plenty of room for improvement. I chose them purely on price as that was a major factor for me. If I could've afforded to, I would've gone elsewhere, but you get what you pay for I guess.
Izmir itself has some nice restaurants but no beach, so not really a holiday destination, if you're looking for sun, sea & sand in-between treatment then it's not the place for you.

Amazing from start to finish, couldn’t be more accommodating they have worked magic on my teeth the owner him self made sure everything went well and even gave me more expensive teeth as a treat from him. Couldn’t recommend these enough. Thank you 🤩

I was very anxious to go to dentist after really bad experience in the past so i researced and talked to many companies. However none manage to gain my trust as Touch Smile.
Communication,transfers,hotel and apointments were arranged perfectly and the clinic is using high technology.
At the clinic everyone was amazing,everything was explained to me in detail and agreed before the procedure. They managed to do in very short time what uk system faild in years.
My teeth look so natural and are so well done would be hard to guess they are not my own teeth(not only my own opinion but of the ones around me too).Also, i had no pain during or after treatment so if that is something you scared off,be no more! You are in really good hands there!
I am so pleased with my new teeth,so much so i can't stop smiling(i have forgoten how to do that for a long time).

Everything was perfectly arranged, transfers and appointments always nicely communicated and on time. I'm from Belgium and I came alone to izmir to have crowns placed and I was very scared. I was reassured by the owner who was very empathetic. It was very clean there. I am very happy with my American smile now. I recommend this 100%! Don't doubt just do it! 😃

Where do I begin? I could not be happier with Touch Smile Dental Clinic and the service my sister and I received. It all began from the very start, communication with the coordination team was second to none leading up to the trip to Turkey, they responded to all queries prior to arriving in Izmir. When we arrived we could not locate the transfer driver but on contacting the Touch Smile Dental team they responded quickly and assisted us to find him. We arrived at a very good hotel with great customer service and dealt with all our needs efficiently during our stay.
Upon arrival to the clinic, we met the dental team who took both mine and my sisters X-rays. The biggest thing that I was surprised at but that gained my upmost respect was that following these X-rays we then met the dentist and owner who helped us come up with a plan of treatment, taking into consideration what both of us wanted aesthetically as well. For myself the dentist recommended that I keep my top jaw of natural teeth due to a good natural bite and top jaw teeth structure, with a few restorations on chips but only full restorations of crowns on my bottom jaw as that is where the real damage was and that’s where needed reconstruction. This showed me that the company is not only focused on money but instead what is best for the clients oral health and teeth structure.
After this, we agreed treatment plans and shade/ colour of crowns which I was happy with. From here, it was a very quick turnaround to then having temporary crowns fitted whilst I waited for my new permanent crowns to be fitted, the night before they were fitted I went to the lab to see and try the new teeth on of which I was very happy with the teeth.
The next day, the dentist and his team fitted both mine and my sisters zirconium crowns I was well prepared for the procedure and made to feel as comfortable as possible throughout.
Overall, my main reason for going which was to deal with my bottom jaw of teeth due to not being happy with how they looked since I was a child, that was dealt with and fixed, my top jaw was made more aesthetically pleasing. I was so pleased with the service that I have began recommending and referring people to Touch Smile Dental Clinic from the very moment that I landed back in England. All in all 10/10 service and I highly recommend to anyone wanting any dental work to be done.

I had a great experience getting my zirconia crowns in with Touch Smile. From the start having my first assessment done with Mira over the phone on WhatsApp. She was amazing with the whole process. I was little bit sceptical and nervous to get crowns but she reassured me and made the whole process so much easier. She always checked up on me and answered all my questions I had at the time. I stayed in a nice hotel just minutes walking distance from the seafront and the bazaar. The hotel and transportation was absolutely spot on! My dentist was a really nice gentleman I forgot his name but he was very kind and professional. I also was greeted by Orhan on the first day he was honest and he again reassured me that everything would be fine. I am a very happy customer, with my new set of teeth! I get so many compliments from colleagues, family and friends on how natural they look. Absolutely no regrets here. I would highly recommended to anyone who wants to get their teeth done to come to Izmir with Touch smile all you need to do is book your ticket and everything else will be sorted by them. Great communication from the minute we spoke on insta to the minute I got off the plane all the way from England, Birmingham all the staff was very professional and friendly and welcoming also send me some places to explore while I was on my down time waiting 4 my crowns to come back from lab very pleased with my smile now and the after care but in touch since I’ve been back see how I’m feeling and that would recommend them highly to be used
