The items ordered weren’t all immediately available, but I was given 2 options. Communications were excellent and the ordered items were delivered on the first day of the advised delivery window.

Fantastic customer service. I ordered some tokens cutting it very fine time wise for a school event. I emailed to ask if there was any way the delivery could be expedited and got an immediate response saying no problem at all, and they were despatched that day.
