Don't trust them. I purchased 3 hats for Christmas presents. I tried one on and the ear flaps stuck out so much they would have provided NO protection from the cold. I returned the items within the 30 day period. I never received a refund. I contacted the company and sent proof of my return and tracking information and received no response.

Not sure Good Morning America (GMA) "Deals & Steals" knows what kind of company they're dealing with because TOURANCE credibility and customer service is questionable. Saw Tourance metallic tote bags on Good Morning America. Ordered 3 bags. After 4+ weeks, NEVER GOT THE BAGS. I sent an email to because no one answered 415-252-7277. Tourance emailed back, "Your order may have been lost. We will send a new package." TOURANCE NEVER SENT THE TOTE BAGS. One (1) additional week later, I asked for a refund. Tourance promised to send me a refund, but TOURANCE NEVER GAVE ME A REFUND AND I NEVER HEARD BACK FROM TOURANCE. I HAD TO CALL MY BANK AND REPORT THE TOURANCE TRANSACTION AS FRAUD AND MY BANK REFUNDED MY MONEY.
