The have now triple charged me for the same thing. After a week of reaching out I still have no response

Definitely a scammer, runs paid ads on socials and have to pay only shipping, there was a hidden recurring subscription while checking out. Luckily my Monzo blocked the 54£ recurring subscription amount and was asking for my approval. I smelled something fishy and checked it’s a fraud company! Raised support from Monzo , got my money back. I’ll ask you to do the same! Definitely a scam

Please avoid, they have taken a payment on an order and have not delivered the order. They are not replying to any queries and ignoring all communication attempts. Right now, they own me £93.41 and there is no way they will refund my order. They are thieves and stealing money from the public.

Very bad not satisfied

On 9 March 2026 I entered my card details on the website (offer advertised as 45 CZK). The 45 CZK payment went through. However, later the same night my card was charged an additional 1811.13 CZK without my authorization. I did not place any order or knowingly sign up for any subscription/recurring payments, and I did not approve this amount. unauthorized/fraudulent transaction.

I ordered three pairs of boxers, and the next morning I woke up to find another order had been automatically placed. I emailed them and read through some of their terms and conditions stating that orders can be canceled within 1 to 2 hours of being placed, but I couldn't find where to cancel. When I finally found it, it showed an error and wouldn't load. I'm from Vietnam, so I'm not familiar with the business laws of other countries. Could someone please report this company to the relevant authorities? We can't let everyone be scammed like this.

RUN, AVOID. Orders made without my consent, no place to manage my subscription, no way to return items / accidentally made orders. I bought the 2+1 promotion and everything immediately went awry. The next order was made just a few days later before the first one came, and it was $60 with a sweater too small for me (they didn't ask for size). Another $68 order was made even though I locked my credit card. Support has not gotten back to me. I somehow was able to log in to shop.com and delete my payment method so they don't charge more.

I have been charged for something that I didn’t even order. And there is new order made.

Scam website. They will never ship your item and will charge your card excess amounts

The website is good, but the shipping is terrible it's been 10 days and I haven't got my order yet and you said I will have my order from 4 to 8 days.

I ordered pants at the beginning of December. It is now March and I have not received them. I emailed them four times. The first one I got a response saying it would ship soon. All subsequent emails have been completely ignored. I am worried this company is a scam since they collected my money and I have yet to receive a product.

Scam it doesnt let you cancel and you cant never get in touch with customer service

Avoid at any means.

Ordered a few items on the 2+1 promotion and regretted immediately.

1. Fake descriptions: wool-blend trousers appeared to be 100% polyester and arrived in the wrong size, sizing table on their website was of no use.
2. Poor quality: after a month with a few wearings, items look horrible and the fabric is already slipping.
3. Return policy is a joke: they promise 100 days try-and-return policy, but in practice you’ll never be able to reach support and your order can be marked as not eligible for return for no reason.

Have never been so disappointed with a single order, so I hope no one makes the same mistake again.

Scam company,they keep charging you after purchase

Unable to immediately cancel and order after it was place through a free trial period. Product was automatically shipped after free trial was completed.

Order placed on the 3rd of February, received confirmation and parcel being “tracked”. Contacted multiple times. No response. Order appears to be ready for delivery since the 16th of February. Complete scam, so angry. 5 weeks later…still. No. Jumper.!!!

The size was too small. I requested a refund, but they never got back to me. I emailed them at least five times, but they never responded. Worst company ever—if it doesn't fit, don't expect a refund from them.
