IDENTITY THEFT

I ordered a free item (just had to pay $3 shipping). It let me pay using the Shop app which ai do frequently, so I thought it was legit.

Today, they attempted to charge my card for multiple $60+ transactions and as a result, I have had to get a credit card replacement.

Scam! Stole my money and sent an order confirmation too late so you can’t get a refund!

It took over a month for my order to come in. The items I received are poor quality in person and sizing is off. I attempted to make 2 different returns and the process was insane. So many hoops to jump through spread so far apart. They first said my return request was “submitted”. I inquired multiple times about what the next step is. Finally 2 months later I they respond but tell me I need to take pics all each item showing they’re unworn and tags intact. Stupid. I do so. They tell me weeks later I have to box up and make my return with no shipping label. Would’ve cost me over $120 just to send this crap to the Netherlands!! I complain and inquire more and more and finally get a response (4 months after placing my order). They say they are going to “escalate the issue to the warehouse team.” Almost a month later and I still haven’t heard back. I sent 2 emails since then. They SUCK. And their products kinda suck too. Avoid them at all costs.

Shoping in Tour&Tate was a great experience is excellent because their website is very well structured and easy to use; I highly recommend it.

Order #8418749 was placed and fully paid on January 17, 2026 (€61,87). More than five weeks later, no delivery has taken place and no valid track & trace information has been provided.

Multiple contact attempts have remained unanswered. DONT BUY FROM THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET SCAMMED

It's a fraud 🤥. You stole me with unauthorized charges and without sending my purchase.

It is a scam. I've ordered a pack of underwear and not only did it never arrive, but the customer service never answered either. Worst than that, they kept my card details and tried to charge me two random times for orders not placed.

I placed an order (Order #8421722) on the 21st of february, but I have received nothing. The delivery time has passed and they do not respond to emails. This company is a scam.

I have now sent a formal notice of default. If they do not refund my money within 7 days, I will report them for fraud to my bank and request that their bank account be frozen and blocked due to illicit practices.

To everyone else who has been scammed: do not wait! Contact your bank immediately and ask for a 'chargeback' or a 'refund request' due to fraud. It is very easy to do and takes only a few minutes. If you don't know how, simply ask an AI like Gemini or ChatGPT for a step-by-step guide on how to report a fraudulent webshop to your specific bank. The more people report them, the sooner their accounts will be shut down!

Ik heb op 21 februari een bestelling geplaatst (Order #8421722), maar ik heb niets ontvangen. De levertijd is verstreken en ze reageren niet op e-mails. Dit bedrijf is pure oplichting.

Ik heb inmiddels een formele ingebrekestelling gestuurd. Als zij mijn geld niet binnen 7 dagen terugstorten, maak ik een officiële melding van fraude bij mijn bank en zal ik verzoeken hun bankrekening te laten blokkeren wegens onrechtmatige praktijken.

Tegen iedereen die ook is opgelicht: wacht niet af! Neem direct contact op met je bank en vraag om een 'chargeback' of een 'verzoek tot terugboeking' wegens fraude. Dit is heel makkelijk en binnen een paar minuten geregeld. Als je niet weet hoe het moet, vraag dan aan een AI zoals Gemini of ChatGPT om een stappenplan voor jouw specifieke bank. Hoe meer meldingen de bank krijgt, hoe sneller hun rekening wordt geblokkeerd!

Son wanted a few items for his event in 2 weeks from 2/21/26. Shipping said 3-5 days, so we decided to place order without researching deeper about this site. No updates, no answers until 3/1/26 after sending emails to ask for support. NEVER EVER THINK OR BUY SOMETHING FROM THIS SITE. KEEP FAR AWAY FROM IT.

Edited: I was able to call the bank to dispute the charge and get back the refund.

Unauthorized payments, steals ur info , and fake reviews.

The service is really bad. I order when they have the sales after 4 days i didn't receive anything and when i complained then they send me the same item two time and charged me trippled and cut the payment from my card without notice and permission. I will never ever buy anything from them again and i am failing for refund too.

PLEASE CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION. I DONT GET TO CHOOSE MY ORDER. THIS IS SOO BAD

Total scam. They save your credit card info and generate new orders without permission. Sou do Brasil e eles estão clonando o cartão das pessoas, gerando compras sem permissão do usuário. Fujam dessa empresa!

Once they get your card details, they charge keep ordering on behalf of you. In one day they spend more than £100. Thats awful, stay away!
