I forgot to mention that all the guides I had in vietnam and cambodia where amazing. In cambodia I even had the guide for myself for two days, cycling around in the countryside. OMG, I just loved that guide and all his stories

We (family of four) went to Vietnam with Tour Compass during Christmas and New Year 2025/2026. We have been very satisfied with everything from communication, mobile app, itenerary, guides, transportations, etc.
Everything went as planned and we're so happy with all the experiences we took with us home. We even received a complimentary hotel rooftop dinner on New Years Eve where we had so much fun.

I used TourCompass to book a trek on Kilimanjaro and I had a great experience. They were very helpful and flexible when planning the trip and they made it fit my wishes completely. They responded to emails in less than 24 hours and were always friendly. Their website was easy to use, and both website and emails gave me detailed information on everything I would need for my trip. They were also helpful during the trip, when I had a question regarding payment at the hotel. I can only recommend this travel agency after my recent trip.

We went in march/april of 2024, and we will come back for sure.

Our vacation was set by TourCompass Denmark, and it was perfect in any way possible.

The 14 days roundtrip from Bangkok to the River Kwai to Ayutthaya to Chiang Mai and down to Phuket was an explosion of taste, smell, kindness, beauty and wonders.

It all sums up in the words of a meditation mentor, sitting at the feet at the Big Buddha, Phuket: ‘Live life with no fear and no regrets’.

This is what Thailand will give you and do to you, if you are open to it.

From the moment we got in contact and to the moment we said thanks for an unforgettable journey - I have never felt better taken care of and in more safe hands than what I felt with Lamatours/Tourcompass!

Everything was well prepared - explained - detailed and for my anxious mother explained again (and again) !
Before departure every question and/or worry was handled with grace and professionalism - Even during our trip being confused and worried we could call our contact and the communication we got was more than up to par; always being taken serious and always being taken care of in the best way possible!

Every place we stayed was above and beyond - Every meal we ate was made with love - every attraction we saw was what we wished for and more - every person and family we met we enjoyed dearly - the different guides we met we wished we could take home with us simply loveable and likeable and very informative and aware of us as tourists.

An experience my mother and I will never forget - I will never forgot the great country, culture and people of Cuba and its all because our agency had everything (and I mean everything) in check.
All that was left to us was to enjoy and experience an authentic Cuba and we did and want to go back asap.

If you are anxious about going far and wide and have never been to Cuba but have a dream - this is where the dream becomes a reality!!!

- Credit where credit is due; hands down the best travel experience in my life I would go to Cuba in a heartbeat (I miss Cuba already) but only if its with the same agency!

TourCompass arranged a well planned trip. During planning periode follow up questions was clarified.

Even during the unpleasent event of cancelled flight they supported with information.

Absoulutely fantastic trip to Cuba, 12 days/10 nights everything was planned for us with time inbetween to do our own thing. Would highly recommend TourCompass and Cuba.

ps the only reason i didnt give a 5 out of 5 was some of the initial info was out of date/or not too clear. But that can go for the whole internet on cuba, things are changing so fast that its hard to get correct info from anywhere.

Neglected agreement on pickup twice resulting in being late for check-in. No apology was given.

Hit by the corona crisis we where the unlucky never to travel with Afrika-safari.dk.

I would however highlight our experience as part of the cancelled travel which was quite impressive.

Afrika-safari.dk provided the best possible information in regard to the current status and reasons to delayed of refunds through the danish Government insurance program.

They took the full responsibility of informing us about the progress, even know they would not earn any money on us as a customer.

I have a deep respect for their business model which is trustworthy and beyond the expectations during this period. I hope they will survive this crisis as I would not look for any other broker when we will rebook the travel.

Many thanks for a wonderful experience customer wise, I wish the company and hard working employees all the best and hope to return soon once Covid 19 is over.

We had an amazing trip to South Africa. First we stayed at Pestana and had 6 Great days of adventure. The room was super nice with a view to Kruger. Great and relaxing place and Excellent service! Food was also very good. After that we went to Cape Town and that was also a fantastic evoerience. We are very Happy with Africa Safari. Top class service and super friendly people. I can warmly recommend.

Tanzania and Zanzibar. Had an amazing time in Tanzania, our tour guide Robert was fantastic. We managed to see the Big 5! Would recommend upgrading and staying in the actual Parks. We went and stayed on the Serengeti and Ngorogoro. The whole experience was first class!

We had a great trip with Lama tours where everything was well organised and funktioned perfect .Only a few of the hotels was below expected standard (No tele,no refrig,no safe) .

Wonderfull tour. Charles, our guide did his best to make our group feel good. The Lodges facility were just super. Fine and pleasant service-minded-staff. Excellent food.
Interesting, exceptional, expensive and super safari tour.
