The package was never received, even though it was supposed to be delivered with a signature. The seller refused to take steps with the carrier to claim insurance and reimburse me. Under these circumstances, I can only advise against this unprofessional merchant who, once the funds have been collected, will not take any after-sales service action.
I should point out that to this date, neither the seller nor the carrier has been able to prove delivery with a signature. A disgrace.

Sidi shoes were great
Sidi shoes were great. I’ve ridden 50 miles and the size is perfect. I was impressed that in response to an e-mail I sent AFTER the on-line order, Tour Cycling was able to change the size before shipping. Customer service was very responsive.

AWESOME experience from beginning to end. Was skeptical at first, as I was not familiar with TC. I called to confirm inventory and was really satisfied with the person I spoke with - very professional and answered all questions. I placed the order and the rest of the process was equally satisfying. Will look to TC for needs going forward.

I was promised the Black Friday sale
I was promised the Black Friday sale. A order that I put in 3 days before Black Friday sale. My order left a week in a half after Black Friday. I had the opportunity to cancel and redo the order. Very bad move. Emailed me saying I had a special discount price already. Very bad move. I felt with plenty of companies. Especially Bestbuy. They always grant this. A persons word is so important to me. Especially a business agreement.

Disappointed
Disappointed. I paid a premium for 2-day shipping and it took a week. When I contacted customer service, my email went unanswered. I understand things happen but this lack of response and concern for me as a customer is very disappointing. I will choose to shop elsewhere in the future.

Package was shipped same day UPS 2 day. Riots in a specific shipping hub resulted in a delay by UPS. Delivered in 5 Days. The status was communicated in the tracking sent to the customer. As a courtesy we refunded the premium shipping paid.
Great place to shop!
Excellent customer service and a really nice selection of products.
