They do not deliver on product nor on customer service.
I needed a SIM card for a trip to the USA. No need for tons of data but I wanted to include the 5GB hotspot to have wifi on my iPad so I ordered the more expensive option with the 5GB hotspot.
Positive: SIM card delivered quickly and the data and calls worked fine as of day 1 upon arrival.
Negative: after 3 days in my trip I contacted Tourisim because my phone indicated that hotspot was not included in the subscription. Tourisim asked for a screenshot which I immediately sent and then nothing anymore. I have sent many reminders since that one screenshot but they refuse to answer.
This is an example of a company that has a customer service that responds only to positive comments or simple questions. But when you have an issue or demand an explanation they refuse to answer.
If you, just like me, feel that customer service is an important element, don't buy from Tourisim because they don't have a customer service.
