What made our experience so great is that we did not have to take care of anything and yet received the most amazing vacation! Christie took care of our vacation from start to finish, including our excursions, accommodations, travel and food. He truly listened and paid attention to our specific needs, and exceeded our expectations! it was a trip with full of experiences yet none of the headache or work on our part! When we experience the need for some changes to our trip while we we’re on the vacation already, Christie took care of everything so graciously! We will treasure these memories, forever, and would highly recommend them to all our friends and family

We had the most incredible trip to South Africa, and it would not have been possible without Antoinette and her team. From start to finish, she provided thoughtful and attentive service, creating an itinerary that perfectly balanced adventure and relaxation.

Traveling with a 9-month-old baby and our parents could have been overwhelming, but Antoinette took everything into account—from accommodations that were comfortable and family-friendly to pacing the schedule so that everyone could truly enjoy each moment. Our time in Cape Town was seamless and full of unforgettable highlights, and our safari was an experience of a lifetime.

We recently returned from a truly unforgettable family trip through the eastern part of South Africa, all beautifully arranged by Antoinette and her team. From start to finish, every detail was thoughtfully planned – nothing was missing. The itinerary struck the perfect balance between adventure and relaxation, with just the right travel distances for our children (aged 9, 11, and 13), making the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free for everyone.

We stayed in stunning lodges that offered both comfort and a deep connection with the surrounding nature. One of the many highlights was a breathtaking hot air balloon ride – an experience we’ll cherish forever. Throughout the journey, we felt the care and attentiveness of the team behind the scenes, making sure everything ran smoothly.

This was not your average, cookie-cutter holiday. It was a tailor-made nature journey filled with unique moments, wildlife, and warm hospitality. We would go again in a heartbeat.

What an amazing company from the start of the trip to the end of the trip! Tourismthatcares took care of our amazing itinerary, flights, delicious food. They provided great customer service and were always available to answer questions or quickly switch up our itinerary! Highly recommended! We had the best trip with the help of this awesome company!

I just returned from Africa with 6 grandchildren, husband and two adult children with spouses. We went for my 65th birthday celebration, my dream come true. I love big animals and it was my dream to take my family with me to enjoy this experience.

Tourism that Cares did an outstanding job from beginning to end. We came from two different countries with a lot of moving parts to the planning. Shout out to Monika Marshall who was always there with an answer both during the planning stage as well as on the safari itself. Her recommendations on the lodges/cities to visit couldn't have been better.

We visited Siviti Lodge in South Africa, Mukwa River Lodge in Zambia and Chobe Game Lodge in Botswana. Each place offered a unique perspective in size, environment and animals/sites to be seen. The accommodations were beautiful. The game drive leaders were very knowledgeable and we saw not only the big 5 but other animals in abundance. The staff at all 3 resorts were beyond gracious, truly wanting to make our vacation memorable. Every need was attended to.

The first two lodges provided their own kosher cuisine in their separate kitchens. The food was not only delicious but beautifully arranged. At Chobe Lodge, Monika arranged for pre-packaged kosher meals because they do not have a kosher kitchen. Chef Chris was very accommodating, and the food was excellent.

I cannot say enough about this vacation and how Tourism that Cares helped me to achieve my dream.

We just returned from our trip to South Africa, Zambia and Botswana and had the most unbelievable experience. Tourism That Cares went above and beyond to meet our dietary Kosher needs, create the perfect itinerary that was well suited for kids and adults, and set us up at the most luxurious lodges with excellent service! As a wedding planner, I'm no stranger to organizing complex, detailed travel itineraries for my family and friends. I typically enjoy it — but planning a dream trip across Africa felt incredibly overwhelming. That’s why working with Tourism That Cares became the greatest gift. From the very first conversation, Antoinette and Adrian took the reins, handling every detail with care, passion, and professionalism.

Let’s start with transportation — because wow. I will never travel again without pre-booked car services. Whether it was airport pickups, private transfers, or getting to our next adventure, we never had to think twice. Everything was seamless, safe, and punctual, which let us fully relax and immerse ourselves in the magic of the trip.

But that was only the tip of the iceberg.

Our journey was packed with unforgettable moments: luxury safari stays, sunset cruises, helicopter tours, and more. At Siviti, our adventure began with Obijino, our driver, who gave us a warm welcome and a wonderful window into local life. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the amazing team: Myer (a.k.a. “Problem Child”) and Surprise, who instantly made us feel at home.

Our safari guides, Boris and Thepo, gave us the most thrilling, intimate wildlife experiences of our lives. Imagine driving within 7 feet of a lion — and yet always feeling completely safe and respectful of the environment. It was hands down the best safari experience we’ve ever had.

Then came Matetsi, which absolutely took our breath away. I truly hope to one day bring a bride here for a destination wedding — it’s that stunning. Every staff member was exceptional. Marvelous and Zie led us on mesmerizing tours of Victoria Falls. Llyod and Jeff guided us through wildlife adventures and serene fishing tours. And the wonderful servers like Emma made sure we were cared for in every way imaginable. The food? Breakfast and high tea was quite possibly the best we've ever had on any trip — anywhere.

After our safari adventure, we headed to Cape Town, where Eugene, our guide and driver, enriched our stay with deep historical insight and excellent winery visits. And for some extra fun? A sandboarding and jeep dune tour with Francois, who literally handed us the keys to his personal vehicle to amp up the adventure. Pure joy.

To top it all off, Antoinette and her team thoughtfully wove in some wedding venue scouting and local event experiences just for me — a personal touch that meant so much. From custom wine selections waiting for us on arrival to private venue visits that fed my creative soul, everything was perfectly tailored to us.

This was, without question, the best international trip we've ever taken. And I say that with full confidence: we wouldn't have had even a fraction of the experience without Tourism That Cares. Their name says it all — they truly, genuinely care. About you, your experience, the people they work with, and the places you visit.

We had a wonderful vacation on Safari and in Cape Town thanks to Adrian, Antoinette, and the whole team. The organization was flawless, and the guides and drivers they contracted with were first rate. They responded to whatsapp immediately and resolved minor glitches speedily. All our special dietary needs were taken care of with meticulous arrangements. I would definitely book with them again.

Amazing trip to Johannesburg, Thornybush, Cape Town, Victoria Falls and Chobe. 5 star accommodations, over the top service, lovely people could not have done enough for us. Guide in Capetown was the best. Jacques was a gem. Private safari guide in Thornybush, Henrico was knowledgeable and had amazing wildlife sightings. Knowing we were taken care of throughout the trip was a great feeling. Will highly recommend!

The whole trip was awesome. Our safari experience was excellent and the lodging was great. Cheidene Clarke did an excellent job and was patient with our many questions and requests. In Cape Town, we used Jacque Eyona as our tour guide and driver. He was excellent and very informed on history and current event. His knowledge was only exceeded by his kindness and friendly demeanor. He was also extremely solicitous of our needs. When I needed a dentist he made the arrangements. He was a pleasure and a real difference maker. Awesome, as the kids today would say. Marty and Leora Fineberg.

We had the most unbelievable experience at the safari at Ivory Lodge which Monica organised for us. It was a once in a lifetime experience. We needed kosher food so Monika arranged a chef in our own lodge for the safari. The high levels of service were worth every penny, our guide was the best and we saw every animal in Ivory Sands. Up each day at 5 was pure joy and the memories will last forever.

We had a truly amazing experience in South Africa with one whole week of Safari plus a few nights at Cape Town.
Cheidene was spectacular as she went above and beyond with everything from organising our accomodations, transfers and dietary requirements. Hotels and Safari lodge selections were on point! Food was brilliant. Everything was taken care off so we were able to relax and enjoy our holiday. We can’t thank Cheidene enough! TravelKey app was also great! We can’t wait to be back :)

It was the perfect 25th Anniversary Trip … we made enough memories during our 15 day trip (Feb 10-25, 2024) to last a lifetime but intend on coming back and making some more 😊..Since returning home, every time I think of Africa, and one of our safaris a huge smile appears on my face for both the place and for its people❤️❤️
