I do not know how we were supposed to have known that you wanted an additional service performed.
Iron shafts are normally cut to playing length after being installed in the head, to get the playing length correct.

What a great first impression
First time have used them. I ordered discontinued shafts for a customer of mine. Not only did that have them in stock, the pricing was comparable to a national supplier I use all the time and have an account with. Very happy and have added then to the my list of suppliers.

They sent the wrong item
They sent the wrong item. I’ve email multiple times and left messages, no one has returned my calls. Now I’m sitting here with a product I can’t even use And have no way to fix the issue because no one responds to anything.

Ordered new 55 black & gold ust shaft…
Ordered new 55 black & gold ust shaft sent old stock 55 purple & gold ust shaft
They said they would exchange but it took 9 days to get here. They should have sent the correct one instead of trying to get rid of old stock.
Wasn't going to wait 18 days to maybe get another stock. won't order from them again. Said the only difference was paint.
True for the 65s but not the 55s.
